Great experience at Ashford!!! Dr Cindy was very friendly and helpful to explain all the available treatment options for my molar tooth. Most of my concerns were addressed and I was able to make a quick decision regarding my root canal treatment. Thank you to the amazing team!

I had a lunch mishap yesterday, and broke my molar when I bit down on dried shrimp. Desperation followed and I must've called more than 10 dental clinics, before I finally called Ashford. The nice receptionist told me they were fully booked, but unlike the others that said they would let me walk in later without any guarantees of seeing a dentist, this really nice lady told be to pop in at 8pm, and told me whatever happened, that a dentist would eventually see me yesterday. Now That's Assurance for you! As agreed, I dropped by at 8pm, and waited a little before the dentist (Janice) saw me about some 20 mins later. They close at 9, but she assured me she would do something to help before they did. I was there till 9.30 yesterday, and doctor, nurse, and receptionists (who was visibly in the advanced stages of pregnancy) all waited till I was done! The dentist bent over backwards for me literally, as she ground away laboriously at the metal ring she placed around my molar to keep it from moving and getting dislodged, and at no time did any of these ladies lose their patience with me. I am a Customer Service trainer by profession at work, and I have to say they ticked all the right boxes with me yesterday. I will never see dentists the say way again after this! Thank You Ashford Dental! You have been blessed with Fantastic staff! TC:)

Attended to by Sharlene who was wonderful and friendly over the phone and in-person. Slotted me in even though it was late, for a filling. Dr Yi is patient and professional, and her filling turned out pretty natural looking so far. Dental assistant Nurin is pleasant and attentive. Overall a good first-time experience!

To be honest, I’m always nervous going to a Dentist. I had to go as my wisdom tooth needed extraction. But after visiting Ashford for first time, all that changed. From the Doctor to the front desk ladies, were really nice and that made my nervousness go away. Finally I would like to thank again DR. It is by chance I know about this clinic online, when the other dental clinic I booked cancelled on me last minute due to their logistic mistake. I was suffering severe pain at one of my teeth and needed immediate attention. I called the clinic and one of the staff Kelly gave me the best news ever, that there’s a slot almost immediately, in less than an hour. I rushed down to the clinic, and was welcomed by the nice decor and the very friendly Kelly who made my registration a breeze. Dr Joanne attended to me and explained the procedures well, laying options and suggestions that made my decision making with confidence. I did X-ray and extracted my tooth. The room had therapeutic effect to calm me with a screen on the ceiling for me to watch my favourite show. How amazing. Dr Joanne was very professional did the extraction painlessly, ensuring I remained calm throughout the process. The staff were very friendly. The decor is nice. I will be back 2-3 months for review and hopefully able to do implant. Highly recommended for nice ambience, great dentist, wonderful staff, affordable pricing.

Most friendly and accomodating staff. The doctors listen to you very patiently and treat you like family. State of the art equipments and facilities. Amazing dental services and treatments done while ensuring utmost patient comfort. I got my root canal treatment done, by Dr. Cindy, after trying first few sittings at other dental care centres, and she is the best amongst all. Very warm and friendly and post-treatment care and services. I keep going to them even after they changed location.

On the whole, from the first visit, which in my case was an emergency, to my subsequent follow-ups, the entire experience has been most comforting, reassuring and professional. I highly recommend Ashford and Dr Raza. Due to less than ideal experiences in the past and a low threshold for pain, I used to avoid going to the dentist. I visited Ashford for the first time late last year due to a severe toothache. Dr Raza was empathetic and explained the issue and options to me. I went with her professional advice to remove the badly decayed molar. The procedure was smooth. She communicated at every step and was very reassuring. Most importantly, the procedure was painless. Since that first visit, I have voluntarily returned for Dr Raza to extract my wisdom tooth (which I had been putting off for years). I am now in the midst of getting a tooth implant done. I am grateful to have found a dentist whom I trust.

Went for my first consultation and scaling and polishing session with Dr Janice. I’m generally afraid of dental session and have some concerns over my gum issue. Dr Janice is really professional, friendly and gentle. The whole session was a breeze and she is able to explain my condition thoroughly and reassured me of the necessary treatments that I need to get to improve my oral health. She is a dentist that genuinely cares for patients’ oral health and will not recommend unnecessary procedures. Will be back to visit Dr Janice again🙂 And not forgetting the friendly staff and assistant of Ashford Dental Serangoon!👍🏼

First visit to Ashford for my tooth extraction. After few weeks, I went back for consultation and subsequently had a tooth implant and cleaning of my teeth. All these visits have been very pleasant and I'm always impressed by their service. I must thank Dr Angela who is very skilful and assuring doctor. I'm less nervous and fearful of pain because I know i will be okay under her. She gave good advice and suggestions yet not pushy. She is very professional and definitely knows what she is doing. Thanks Dr Angela! You have totally changed my dental experience. The staff are also very friendly and service oriented. Thumbs up!

Was there today. Both Doc n nurses that treated me was super nice and explained perfectly. Prices for treatments were decent. Great thing the clinic is opened on Sundays too.

I was attended by Dr Yi for an implant in the Upper Paya Lebar branch. I knew I am in a pair good hands during the whole procedure. Quick and confident. Also got from Dr Yi some good advice on a failed implant I got from other clinic. My second implant came loose after a week probably because of my carnivorous diet. Dr Yi gave it an immediate fix all in a minute or two. Dr Y is one dentist I don't dread visiting I must confess. Friendly and highly competent in the job.

I discovered them when I broke a problematic millstone tooth one Saturday afternoon, and I found the best dentist ever. Clear and smart explanations, self confident, and lovingly caring attention. After doing a little bit of googling and reading reviews I finally went to visit this clinic. I was anxious from the get go but the whole staff from the receptionist to the good doctor (Dr. Leon) who attended me made me really at ease and comfortable. The place is very well maintained, thinking of the patient / customer in mind. But as they say, good quality doesn't come cheap. ;) Overall Good experience. Plan to come back for the operation 🙏🏻😅.

I just came back from my wisdom tooth surgery with Dr Joanne Lam. I must say that I had a terrible experience about 20 years ago when i had my wisdom tooth surgery and it is certainly a nightmare to me. However, Dr Lam is very assuring and she kept assuring me during the whole procedure that we are doing fine, we are progressing and her assistant Sumita was holding my hands. They certainly has removed the nightmare i had about dentist and oral surgery. Well done doc and Sumita! This was 2 years ago - in year 2020. Brought my son for his first ever premolar extraction. Came out of the consultation room smiling away and told me that it is painless! Thanks to Dr Tristen Tan for the wonderful job.

I visited Ashford Dental Centre on 29th May 2021. Doctor Leon Chen very professional, friendly, helpful & responsive to any questions I asked regarding my treatment. I hate going to the Dentist with anxiety & stress. Not anymore! In good hands under professional treatment! Not forgetting the front desk receptionist, approachable, service with a Smile! 😀

I had my implant on 12th Dec night at the neighbour dental clinic and was feeling pain for the past 3 days. On 15th Dec, I couldn't take it anymore and while i Google online, I found Ashford dental centre. When I called the lady (Ms Joanne), she shared appointment was full but I told her I'm really in deep pain that cannot sleep or eat well. After explained to her, she told me to come and she tried to slot me in and I'm really thankful to her and Doctor Angela. Doctor Angela, was so professional, explained detail on the root cause of the pain and thankful to meet such nice and caring doctor like her. Including the guy assist who is with her who cheerful and courtesy. I would said their service really come from heart that make us feeling eases, pleasant throughout the visit. After treatment and medication I feel so much better. Definitely, I will go back again for the follow up.

Recently, she had a bad fall and needed attention of of dentist urgently and Ashford Dental Clinic was very accomodative in our last minute request. The nurses were patient and helpful towards my daughter and Dr Masuoka was very attentive to her with the utmost care and friendliness. As an expat in Sg with a long history in dental clinics finding the right Dental clinic and Dentist can be a pain. I am glad that I found Ashford clinic (Thank you, Google!)+ Factor its 3-minute walk from my place. The dentist here is super kind; they give you that Dr TLC feel. They give you options to address the problem at hand, sets expectation under what circumstance the fees will likely change. Post-op care is awesome, they will check your comfort and healing frequently until a few days after they remove the sutures. Dr.Chua , Shane and everybody puts you at ease and comfortable (you can watch netflix while they do their thing- they have a tv screen in their ceiling👍👍 ) Service 5/5 Location : 5/5 Price: 5/5 ( reasonable for the facility they offer)
