i've been coming here for 20+ years. i usually see dr vina, but had an appointment with dr bernard for the first time recently. i also had my braces (including follow up retainers) and a night guard done with dr bryce. all 3 were fantastic, as are the dental assistants and receptionists.

I have been under the care of Dr Bernard at Atria City after I recently cracked and broke a molar. Am a nervous type of patient but Dr Bernard is the most patient and gentle dentist I have ever sat in the chair of. He took great effort to explain the procedures step by step and was clear in presenting the various options available to address my situation. There was never a question too trivial for him to address. During treatment, he was always checking on my comfort level and had a very light touch which made the entire experience (almost) pleasant! Am grateful to have been treated by Dr Bernard and am very happy with the outcomes. The clinic team is also very pleasant and efficient. Definitely would recommend them if you are looking for dental services!

Have seen Dr Francis And Dr Bryce previously and Dr Michelle Lee today. I will highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a trusted, regular dentist. They also have all the dental specialist you’d need, like a one stop station, with very advanced dental equipments. Know that they have been very conscientious in updating their dental techniques, knowledge and equipments these years. The high level of hygiene was also commendable — they have their equipments sanitized very frequently. Stephanie who leads the service team really cares for her patients, she goes the extra mile. Dr Michelle Lee is very professional. Will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a regular dentist. She has a great personality and is very well educated, evident in her replies when answering my dental queries. She answers them patiently and took great great pride and responsibility in her dental care -- she was very thorough, even in a basic cleaning. It is very assuring to be well taken care of by Dr Michelle.

Brought my 85 year-old mother to fix a crown over a broken tooth just recently (Jan 2021). Service was fantastic - they bent over backwards to schedule & re-schedule our appointments (I had a current cleaning appointment while my mum’s was an “emergency”) so that my mum’s 3 visits & mine were all cleared within a 2-week period! Dr Vina was very patient & detailed in explaining the whole procedure & estimated time frame for the crowning, which eventually exceeded our expectations. This is my mum’s first time seeing Dr Vina as her usual dentist had left the practice that she used to go to, and she is really particular about her dentists - if she is not satisfied, she will not see the same dentist again! She was very impressed by Dr Vina’s gentle handling & overall service, so she will definitely be back again for follow-ups 😊

Been with Dr Francis Lee & his wonderful team at the clinic at Ngee Ann City for >20yrs now. Prior to my first visit then, I was not given proper guidance on my teeth maintenance in spite of my best effort & would always have infected gums due to deep pockets. I was resigned to the occasional flareups as my previous dental surgeons have impressed upon me that was expected given the state of my gums years ago. All these changed after I visited Dr Francis Lee at Atria Dental Group. Since then, I would go to Dr Francis Lee for cleaning & checking regularly over the years. I also had a dental bridge done by him that lasted for more than 15 yrs until recently when I decided to have a replacement for aesthetic reason. The recent procedure was done over 3 visits & had just been completed. From the temporary bridge to the final bridge, there was hardly any discomfort short of the 1st 3 days that I have to accustom myself to the chewing. It is one week now & the dental bridge sits in so well, they feel so natural. His workmanship is seriously good that I joked with Dr Francis Lee that he is is akin to a great sculpture artist at work. Dr Lee is not just good with his hands, he is also very friendly with no air & that makes one feels very comfortable. Honestly, I used to hate visiting the dentist. Henceforth, I just need to continue with my usual semi-dental cleaning. Aside from Dr Francis Lee & his assistance, you will also be assured of the friendly, professional & efficient services provided by the entire operation team namely Stephanie, Yati, Huda (long serving staff: I practically aged with them ) & even the new ones like Rizah. Credit has to go to Ms Stephanie for her training of the staffs. It always make me feel so at home when they remember your name & address you by it even before you introduce yourself. This tiny gesture goes a long way to retain loyal customers. At the end of the day, you can have the best surgeons, the state of the art dental treatments etc but without a strong customer-oriented, efficient team to front your operations, you are just another dental clinic. I had root canal treatment done with Dr Poh Yu Jin. He is very gentle and the entire treatment was painless. After that , I had my crown restoration done by Dr Francis Lee who is very silkful and my crown fitted very comfortably . I am very pleased to have come to this clinic. Previously, I went to a Japanese dentist with a Japanese dentist, but this dentist is just as good in terms of technique and attention to detail. It didn't hurt at all when they administered the anesthesia. Both the dentist and the reception staff are very friendly, and it was heartwarming to see them being considerate and using as much Japanese as they could. Some instructions and other information are written in Japanese. They provide a thorough treatment plan and a reasonable estimate in advance, so you can rest assured about the cost. I always contact them via Whatsapp, and they always reply quickly.
