Brought my grandpa to visit Dr Zhang Ruoxi for his toothache that has been plaguing him for the past week and we are extremely impressed by her professionalism, skills and care for patients. She was gentle throughout the entire consultation and helped my grandpa (who has a phobia of needles and visiting doctors/dentists) feel at ease even during the teeth extraction. The whole process was smooth, with minimal pain, and he recovered well post-procedurally. He's so pleased that he can go back to enjoying his food properly again. Would recommend 100%! Once again kudos to the team for such a great experience!

Gd experience during my first visit to B9 Toa payoh. Dr Parthiban Palani and he assistance is very professional and highly skilled when he help me do the wisdom tooth removal surgery (for 2 wisdom tooth) in short time. I didn't feel any pained or uncomfortable. He also explained clearly my tooth issued after X-ray and let me knw the priced before process it.

I am a loyal patient of B9 Dental. Today I came for cleaning and polishing, my regular doctors, Dr Raymond and Dr Magnus were not in. They are very nice and patience doctors. Dr Zhang Ruoxi did a cleaning and scaling for me, she does a fantastic job, and advise me to take care of my guns by brushing too! Last but not least I must thank Ms Shwe, who always bother to find a slot for me without fail whenever I call up. She is a helpful and cheerful staff. I will not hesitate to recommend this dental clinic to all! Thank you B9 Doctors and staff!

Saw the bad ratings and thought I should share the good experience I had. Dr Raymond Lee was my lifesaver today. I did my braces at NUH and getting an impromptu appointment is very hard. My gum was swollen due to a misalignment of separators, it was so bad that I developed an inflammation, GP gave me antibiotics, called a few clinics but all refused to see me. Until I called B9 and Dr Raymond was willing to help me. When I saw him, he was swift in resolving my gum swolleness and the pain subsided significantly. Dr Raymond even gave me a discount for the treatment. Thank you very much! I did waited for more than half an hour but because I called last min to make appointment so its understandable.

Short waiting time, nice and professional dentist. Went for wisdom tooth extraction and the dentist is very professional. They have the movie projector for distraction while taking out the tooth. It really helps a lot. Will definitely continue with their excellence service!

I got my wisdom tooth surgery at this place. The doctors and nurses are so nice and understandable. The doctor show me everything that has to be done. At first it was painful but after all is done, the pain is still there but you feel so much better. The doctor and nurses takes care of everyone. But 1 thing that i and the customers dont like is the wait. Appointment time is early but doctor is not there. Prefer the doctor tell the receptionist about the time he comes rather than making appointments delayed to 3-4 hours for other customers. :)

I had significant tooth pain, the dentist was thorough with my root canal procedure and also remove the wisdom teeth; what to expect during the procedure and after, general cause, and had positive commentary throughout. Been sufferring for toothache for a long time and I'm having a hard time to look for dental clinic that are open during CNY and tried to google and I found B9 Dental Centre.Receptionist was very kind and accomodating trying to help me to come over right away after the call.Big Shout out to Dr.Parthiban Palani for your kind and patience for explaining everything and made sure that everything will be okay.I can't thank him enough and her assistant for making me feel comfortable during the tooth extraction.I was so scared and nervous but with his comfort words gave me a better feeling during the procedure.and He even gave me CNY discount.This will be my best dental clinic and Doctor here in Singapore. Was having toothache these two days, and as it was getting unbearable, I was looking for a dental that I can visit today. Came upon B9 Dental Centre and was lucky to book an appointment. Waiting time upon arrival was around 30 minutes, and I was attended by Dr Parthiban Palani. He was very friendly and professional in explaining to me that my toothache was caused by wisdom tooth decay and extraction is needed. Furthermore, he was kind in explaining the breakdown of the costs, followed by the usual x-ray and extraction, which all together, took less than an hour. Thank you Dr Parthiban and the nurse who attended to me for being professional.

Was here for my Root canal treatment 2nd appt.. Already book for today 3pm and received a call to confirm yesterday and told me to call again today to confirm. Have a missed call at 1.30pm while out on lunch. Call back and was told to come at 3.30pm. Took grab and rush over and reach before 3. 30. The staff told me how come I never pick up the phone presumably for the missed call and I believe she is not the one handling my return call. I told her I call back and she ask me to wait. Waited for 1 hr and asked how long more I have to wait. Was told that he has a surgery and might not be able to settle so fast. Was asked if I can come tonight. I believe they have packed the schedule and I will be waiting to the rest of the day until night time. In the end, not able to wait and have to reschedule the appt to next Thurs. We used to go to B9 for all my family members teeth issue but I have encountered delay for both my root canal treatment. Sorry to say will be the last time we will be going to B9 if this is the way u treat ur customer. How many confirmation you need to schedule an appt? Dr Raymond Lim skill is good but the waiting can be avoided. This is after I have confirmed the appt and even reach before the scheduled timing. There is any issue with the 2nd xray charges and the staff will waive off in the next appt. Can come if u r prepared to wait, or if u stay near since they like to ask people to go back and come again and if there are no other dentist around Yr area. This is my 2nd update to this review. Actually I like Dr Raymond Lim who is doing the root canal for me & now this is my 3rd appt (4th if you consider the unfortunate experience above). He is happy & he treats his patient with care... He was sharing with me the past material used for the crown in the past until recent times. Can see that he has a passion in this field & it will be bad if I were just to condemn the whole clinic because of long waiting time. He is a nice Dr & since I have recommended my sis to come here for an extraction for a troublesome tooth as well & she has being happy with his service. Just a fair warning that you have to wait but you will be greeted by a very passionate & experienced dr in Dr Raymond Lim. Thanks for your help & keep doing what you do best.

I had a very bad toothache during the public holiday and Dr. Kim Ki Lim was kind to see me. I wanted to remove the bad tooth immediately and later do a tooth implant. I had a very bad experience with a root canal in Singapore Dental Centre, yet Dr. Kim was patient enough to convince me to do the root canal procedure again. Surprisingly, Dr. Kim's skills were very good, and the first procedure went without any pain! Thank you, Dr. Kim.

I did two fillings, root canal and crowning by Dr Raymond. One implant is on going. Dr Raymond is a very professional and skillful dentist. The nurses are friendly and helpful. The whole procedure is done with with advanced technology and facilities. Although the queue is long, it is worth waiting. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than other clinics. I went to B9 Dental (Toa Payoh) on Wednesday and today. Both visits were my first and second visit to this dental. The staff was friendly and helpful. She is able to explain clearly on what i should do and what i should not after treatment. The dentist attended to me for both days is awesome. He is skilful, caring and also understanding. The prices quoted are reasonable and this clinic opens at night and on weekends which include Sunday.

Very satisfied with the dental visit today. I went to a few other dentist prior to this yearly, and there is this white stains on my teeth near the gum area which has been there for years and can't seem to be remove at other dentists. I went for normal scaling at b9 Toa payoh today, the dentist manage to remove the stains (tartar I believe it's called). I realized the other dentists I went to weren't that serious in cleaning my teeth

Dropped by the clinic here away from my usual Clementi outlet and noted that waiting area is smaller but well managed nonetheless. No shortage of eateries and sitting places around the clinic, despite the wait, the staff were generally helpful and would come back again.
