E. S.Dr. Sherilyn was by far the best dentist I been to, she was meticulous and gentle in the root canal and crowning procedure. I'm always quite afraid of dental treatment due to few past painful experience, but after going through the root canal treatment with Dr Sherilyn, I feel much better going for dental treatment in the future. She helps to guide you along with breathing techniques, telling you what to expect and what she will be doing throughout the procedure. It helps me mentally prepared for what is coming and going on.
Receptionist (Mrs Peck) was also warm and welcoming, making reminder calls 2 days before the treatment and checking with you after your treatment, making the whole experience a very pleasant one.
D. L.I really want to thank Dr Roy for being excellent at what he does! Probably the best experience i’ve had with any dentist was with him. Came in needing a couple veneers + crowns because of decay + chipped tooth from before, doctor was very assuring and meticulous at every step, and always had my best interest in mind. He definitely went above and beyond what a regular dentist would and i’m very thankful to have come across Dr Roy! Now my smile is looking fantastic and i owe it all to him (: Definitely coming back for regular cleanings/check ups etc

Ms Peck Moi, the receptionist, was also fantastic. She was so friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole process from booking to check-out smooth and stress-free. Both Dr. Sherlyn and Peck Moi really made me feel assured and at ease throughout my visit. We called a couple of time for rescheduling and she was so patient throughout.
The clinic is conveniently located, the pricing is very reasonable for the level of care provided, and I genuinely felt valued as a patient. Highly recommend Dr. Sherlyn and her team to anyone looking for a trusted, professional dentist near Aljunied.
H. L. N.Doctor Wong Eu Gene, I follow him from another clinic to NTUC because I was impressed with his professionalism and only confident to let him treat my teeth. He is so gentle and skillful that i didn't realize my rottten tooth was already removed, there is no pain or any force applied. He is a good dentist because he give the correct advice and his charges are reasonable. A 10 stars rating dentist if i have to rate him with the numbers of stars
S.Dr Sherilyn Loh is a very gentle and nice doctor who treated me with much professionalism. She helped me to clean my teeth and do fillings and it was very skilfully done. The entire procedure was a very comfortable and painless process! Dr Loh will ensure that I am feeling ok during the process. My teeth are much whiter now thanks to her cleaning!
Her nurse Pearlyn was also good in assisting and friendly. Receptionists were also courteous and helpful. Generally a very pleasant exprerience. Highly recommended!
G. C.Dr Roy Neo attended to my mum to fix her dentures. Her gum and bone structure happens to be one of the most challenging in dentistry. But Dr Roy accepted her case in a heartbeat, proceeded to take the moulding, despite the challenges ahead. Dr Roy is the most patient, and made sure my mum was most comfortable during the process. Denture making is not easy, as it requires repeated visits by patients to make sure the mould fits well, before casting the actual dentures. Throughout the process, Dr Roy’s emphasis on precision, good suction for the upper denture (so that my mum could do away polident in future), and the excellent chair side manners, gave my mum the assurance and a positive clinical outcome.
She’s at her final stage of conversion to the actual denture next week, and the final cast/mould fitted perfectly. Now, my mum is anticipating her new set of teeth, so she could feast at year end.
My mum is a repeat visit within the family, and it’s because my dad also had a positive outcome (also his denture) with Dr Roy.
Not forgetting Angeline, the clinic assistant, who made sure our appointments were on time, and is very friendly. Dr Roy’s nursing assistant (can’t remember her name) is also very proactive in the clinic setting.
My family will want to visit Dr Roy for yearly dental checks and cleaning. Thank you for making our dental experience so comfortable, with little, or no tense at all!
W. T.Best experience with Dr Roy and his assistant. Thank you for helping me out with my gum infection. My gum feels much better after the treatment. He also explains everything in details. Not forgetting, their receptionist Ms Tay, she is very calm and polite. Amazing experience. Recommended! Pls give it a try.
