I must say that those claims about terrible customer service are totally not true. Glee! receptionist was very efficient to confirm appointment the next morning after booking online. Helped to reschedule when that particular date is full. She was polite and considerate by confirming if needed to go by CHAS or personal insurance claim. Am surprised by the entire scaling/polishing process, without causing much discomfort especially around sensitive part of gum. Given the good location, excellent service and gentle dentist, I don't see why they deserve those low ratings. Looking forward to the next appointment!

I visited the Katong branch early this week. Many thanks to Dr Chan Yi Xin who attended to me. She is gentle, skilful and thorough in scaling and polishing my teeth. Some useful tips were also given to me - how I can relieve the sensitivity caused by my receding gums and the correct way to brush my teeth. Overall, it was a pleasant experience - from the polite receptionist, the cleanliness of the place and professionalism of the dentist and her dental assistant. Have made an appointment for the next 6 monthly check-up.

Visited the clinic at Katong for a wisdom tooth consultation on 3 Dec 2022 at 10 am. Was attended to by Dr Chan Yi Xin. Polite and professional; clear explanation of the situation involving my wisdom tooth; constantly checked if I was okay during treatment; clear instructions after treatment. Very reasonable fees and the booking process was straightforward via Whatsapp. 5 stars.

Im very thankful for Dr Ng. Being a very fearful patient due to past dental visits at other clinics, i decided to give this place a try due to a friend's recommendation. The doctor was patient and helped to explain the processes and also symptoms causes etc. It gives me a good understanding for whats happening and what causes it. Helps me appreciate the whole process and to endure through. Despite feeling uncomfortable at times, the doctor was calm and ensured that my teeth were all fully cleaned before i could leave the clinic. No regrets now when i leave the place with such clean teeth.

Brought my parents for dental today. Have to say that Dr Nicholas Lee is very patient and understanding with them. I've also done scaling and polishing with him. Didn't feel much pain or tooth sensitivity. Overall am glad to visit this dentist. Kudos!

This is the best dental clinic I have ever encountered. The service at the counter, the professionalism of the dentist, and the personality of the assistant are all very good. I used to go to some external dental clinics to consult about my dental health. I have a lot of cavities and I need to keep more of my real teeth, so I try my best to ask the dentist to help me keep as many teeth as possible. I will fill them in as much as possible and only remove them when there is no way to repair them. They all suggested that I pull out all the dentures at once, and they also offered some very high prices for me to have them done on the same day (I felt like they were trying to sell them). When I told them that I didn’t want to do that, they all turned black in the face. Dr. Tan, the male dentist at Glee Dental Surgery, was different. I told him the same situation. First of all, he needed a lot of money for examinations, fillings, and tooth extractions. I asked about the price and found it reasonable. Dr. Tan was also worried that it would be a big burden on me, and told me how many times I would do the examination, and would also give me some discounts. Dr. Tan also tried his best to save as many of my natural teeth as possible, and made repeated confirmations before concluding that they needed to be removed. Also the best in terms of patience and professionalism.
