This is our 2nd visit to clinic for my 2 kids (5yo and 3+yo) with Dr Samantha and as usual, thankful to the dedicated team, both the doctor and the assistant are gentle and careful with the whole checking and cleaning process that the children feel safe and relax. It was smooth and no complaints from the children. They were given balloons at the end of the treatment too. Both kids were so happy and we will definitely go back for our regular 6-month checks with Dr Samantha.

Dr tan and team are really sincere, meticulous people. Every experience with him has been very pleasant. He does a great job on treatments. Charges are fair. Clinic response via WhatsApp is timely, very useful for asking questions too. Fantastic job and I really hope standards hold up!

I love that I can search for available slots on their website and book an appointment online without receiving any calls. The clinic would confirm the appointment and send a reminder via whatsapp. On the day of appointment, I was ushered into the treatment room almost immediately upon arrival (Wed, PM). Dr Tan and his team were polite, welcoming and professional. I felt relaxed and there was barely any discomfort/ sharp pain from the scaling and polishing. If there's one thing I wish the clinic could work on, it's to inform the cost of additional services required while in the treatment room, just to give their customers some mental preparation when making payment.

Brought my 5 years old to Dr Tan Jian Xiong for cleaning and polishing. Dr Tan is great with kids. The clinic is kids friendly too! There's a TV fitted on the ceiling above the reclining chair. The waiting area has some toys. After the teeth cleaning, Dr Tan gave us 2 huge foil balloons (not those cheap latex ones!), one for my 5yo, one for my younger child who's just at the clinic to wait for his brother! This is the second dental clinic my child went for cleaning and polishing and i must say that this experience at My Smile Dental is way better than the first.

It’s my 3rd or 4th time to this clinic and I had chosen it because of the good reviews of the dentists. Dr Tan Jian Xiong was very detailed with the scaling and polishing, and also provided me with helpful information. For example last year he told me he can see that I grind my teeth, which was something I was unaware of, but am not making more of an effort to prevent. Or that I needed to brush abit harder on certain parts of my teeth etc. The clinic was very clean, there was coffee & tea at the waiting area and the receptionist was super friendly. Great experience and will definitely be sticking to this clinic for a long time.

I did my cleaning here. Dr. Grace Leung was very friendly and patient with answering questions. She even teach me how to floss and take care of my teeth which is the first time for me to got that kind of advice. The price is quite average for SG. Definitely will come back again for cleaning. P.S. They have TV on the ceiling to distract you from the sounds which awesome.

Visited MySmile for the first time and was very happy about the convenient location, within 5 minutes walk from Woodleigh MRT station. The clinic was clean and had a cozy and welcoming feel with its decorations. I booked my appointment with Dr Tan Jian Xiong and would highly recommend his dental services for the following reasons: 1. Professionalism - He always explains what he is going to do next so that the patient can clarify any doubts he/she has before going ahead with the procedure. 2. Clear explanation of fees involved. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back for my regular checkups.

Dr Tan Jian Xiong is patient, friendly, gentle and very competent in his clinical skills. Also, his charges are affordable. I have had several procedures done under him and always with minimal discomfort and good results. Dr Tan is great with kids as well. My 5 year old daughter had a gum infection and he managed to clean the area up with minimal fuss from her. He also has a nice TV on the ceiling to distract kids (and adults) and he was very kind to allow my daughter to select her favourite show to play.

Just had a visit here today. New clinic that is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. Dr Ng was fantastic throughout my appointment and made my time there comfortable. The nurses and staff are great as well! I definitely recommend this clinic for your dental needs.

Just came back from a routine checkup / scaling & polishing session with Dr Tan and I was so impressed with the experience. With a dental camera, he took images of my teeth and pointed out the problem areas at the start of the session, with the help of a screen. At the end of it, he showed me the results and the difference is clear. The whole process was as comfortable as it can be, with Dr Tan's fast and precise skills, and with his gentle reassurances / checking in from time to time. Clinic is new, nicely decorated, well-lit and comfortable too. Highly recommended!

First and foremost, greeted with the warmest welcome by the friendly staff, the place looks cozy like you would expect from a home. Generally the doctors are very professional at their work and is informative of what is happening while doing their job to clean our teeth, every session of cleaning or appointment, the doctors advice appropriately upon doing the consultation, as a new branch for MySmile Dental at Bidadari it is known that the great work ethics from the first branch at Hougang is carried forward through the next. I am very satisfied with every appointment made with them so far and has never encountered any issues with MySmile dental.

Had my wisdom tooth extraction by Dr Tan Jian Xiong. Before i could ask how long the procedure would take, he extracted my wisdom tooth swiftly within a minute! So amazing! The clinic is very cosy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

My sister and I visited MySmile Dental at Bidadari for the first time today and were attended to by Dr Jody Hong. Pleased to say it was the best dental experience we've ever had! The clinic decor is welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The receptionist Syafiqah was also very friendly and quick to help us register. We were then promptly attended to by Dr Jody Hong who conducted an examination of our teeth and helped us with a scaling and polishing. It was the most thorough cleaning we've ever had! You can really tell that Dr Hong went the extra mile in ensuring that every nook and cranny of our teeth had been properly cleaned. And it was relatively painless too, with Dr Hong's gentle touch and demeanour, and the clinic's clever installation of a TV on the ceiling for entertainment. My teeth haven't looked this white in a while ☺️ Dr Hong was also very helpful in providing tips on keeping our teeth healthy by showing us areas of our mouth that we missed during brushing, and demonstrating the proper brushing and flossing techniques. My sister and l will definitely be back again, thank you Dr Hong and team for the wonderful experience!

I really appreciated the care and patience that the Dr and nurse had whilst managing my troublesome crowning process. The Dr was considerate to any pain/discomfort I had and took time to explain things. He was really meticulous and ensured that the tooth was the just right fit, even if that took many many rounds of fitting, adjustment, checking, drilling. The nurse was so kind and empathetic, like in the little things such as holding my hair aside to make sure it didnt get in the way of me rinsing my mouth or giving me a reassuring tap on the shoulder when parts of the procedure was painful. The clinic itself is clean, well decorated. A nice touch is the calm & gentle pop music playing in the room whilst the procedure was ongoing. Thank you to everyone for the stress free experience :)

A great experience at MySmile Dental Clinic. I have been visiting them for the past 4 years. Used to visit them at the lor ah soo outlet. They have expanded to Bidadari. Would be better if the charges are stipulated clearly. Range of charges for different treatments is provided but range is pretty wide. Also, any add on treatment with charges should be indicated to customer clearer. Otherwise, customer may think it comes with the treatment that he/she is paying for.

I don't usually write reviews, but I was so touched by Dr. Eung today. I couldn't find a decent dental clinic while living in Singapore, but I think I finally found one!!! It's so clean because it's only recently opened, and the staff are so kind. More than anything else, instead of recommending immediate treatment or surgery, they kindly gave me advice to find the root cause, and I felt like they really cared about me, which made me cry. (I think I grinded my teeth a lot because of stress. ㅠㅠ) They took an X-ray right away and explained it to me so that I could see it, which made it much easier to understand. They say teeth are one of the five blessings, so I'll have to take better care of them with the My Smile Dental Clinic from now on.
