However, meeting Dr Faisal and getting his assurance about everything related to the dental procedures did put me at ease a little. I put my trust in him and he delivered it so well. Doctor Faisal did an amazing job with my wisdom tooth removal. My previous wisdom tooth removal was nowhere as smooth or efficiently done. He managed my case with ease and professionalism. He took care to check my pain levels throughout the procedure and swiftly topped up the anaesthetic without delay. I had severe pain on the right side of my face due to a wisdom tooth. Dr. Hamdan quickly identified the problem, and the entire team—from the nurses to the front desk—was welcoming and supportive. Dr. Hamdan provided me with options, not just a single solution, and made me feel safe and cared for during the extraction. I was very nervous about visiting the dentist, but they were the only clinic open in the east area during a public holiday. I was in alot of pain and called the clinic at 730pm for a walk in at 745pm (clinic closes at 9pm) The receptionist aided in getting the registration done online while I'm on the way there. Once arrived, I am ushered straightaway to take an x ray and the dentist (Dr Faisal) attended to me and reassured me on the condition and what he can do and can't do today due to the short notice. The whole procedure was almost painless as he attended to my affected area. He also helped to arrange a session with the specialist for root canal. All these are done within 30mins as a testament of great effectiveness and efficiency!

Found this place when I was googling for a dental clinic near my place. All I can say is that the experience from the time I walk through the door to the time I left the place has been excellent. The counter staff and the dentists were all very friendly and professional. Dr Chung who attended to me were very patient and explain everything clearly before any procedures are carried out. I was greeted by Dr Anna who was super patient and detailed in explaining the condition of my jaw and the ligaments. She was gentle and careful when we had the cleansing n polishing done. I got wisdom tooth surgery done with Dr Weelyn Teh and I really highly recommend her. I'm someone who's typically very scared of pain, and my tooth removal had to be surgical because it was impacted. Dr Teh was very reassuring the whole time and her assistants were also very kind to keep an eye out for me the whole time. I was made very comfortable before the removal itself. My recovery was great as well, I did not have any swelling at all and was given very in-depth recovery instructions. Paperwork was fuss-free as well as the counter staff were patient to explain through all the fine print and the various procedures. The clinic is also contactable via WhatsApp, as I had some queries following the procedure I was able to get my questions answered pretty quickly. Overall a great experience with Dr Teh and she's my go to dentist, you'll know you can trust her to take good care of you. Thank you!

I had a molar tooth extraction and implant done by Dr Hamdan and I was very pleased with the care I received as he and his team were very professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He also made me feel very comfortable, and I was not at all anxious about the procedure. The surgery went smoothly, and I had no pain or discomfort during, and afterwards. Thumbs up to the dentist and the set of crew who attended to us on the day before eve of cny. Very thankful to the set of staff who helped and expedite with my mom's dentures that broke into half on the day before eve of cny and get it rectify and able to collect on eve of cny. They do not just patch back the broken dentures but also replaced back a missing tooth. Nurses also suggested to use a paste for her dentures to fix onto gums. i have been a patient of Dr Weelyn Teh for the past 5 -6 years and i have really only received the best treatment and advice from Dr Teh. She had to see me during the C19 times with all the restrictions but still ensured the best treatment and a great implant which started before C19 lock down. She is compassionate, makes time to listen to you and in a very calm way explains the problem and or procedure. I have worked in a few countries and can with an open mind say Dr Teh is possibly one of the best i have met in my years. Had sudden unbearable pain on 5 June. Went for a root canal treatment for my molar teeth by Dr Teh on 5 June. Dr Teh shared with me the whole procedure before the start and assured me she done it a million times. Fair enough I dint felt a single pain throughout the procedure(about an hour). Within 2 days I have fully recovered and can bite on hard food again. Really impressed with Dr Teh and would definitely recommend her to anyone with root canal issue. Nurses and reception were kind and friendly as well! Price wise about same as other private clinic.

I have had a good experience at Nuffield (Simpang Bedok). In fact, my entire family has had a good experience here. Dr Hamdan is very good with children and this is evident in how patient he was with my son. He encourages him and gives great advice to us as parents on how we can guide our kids to brush their teeth correctly. My son trusts Dr Hamdan and was even ok with me having my own dental work while he goes through with his alone. I would like to commend Dr Faisal on his skills and patience as a dental surgeon. I had four wisdom pulled out in possibly 45-min (super fast) and he made me very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Post-recovery was great for me too. My face did not swell up as much as I thought it would and was even able to present during a work meeting two days later. I am able to say this as I compared my previous experience of having a tooth pulled out by another dental surgeon. I think that the entire experience was great with the dental assistants assuring us each time we visit and the attentiveness of those at the reception. Thank you Dr Hamdan and Dr Faisal for your care and patience towards us.

I met Dr Emmaline Ng through my friend's introduction, that already removed 50% of my anxiety. Emmaline didn't jump into any operation but spent the first meeting in discussion of how she proposed to treat my teeth. OK no rush! That removed another 25% of my anxiety. I was book another session. When the needle was inserted, I could not feel anything, that's good. Although my tooth was supposed to have one canal, yet Emmaline spent time to investigate why despite of inflammation, this root canal still got blood and alive. After more digging (really digging) she found that I have another dead root canal. Then she spend almost like 2 hours to clean up everything and put on a temporary cement (?). After the analgesic was over in the evening, I didn't even have to take panaco (pain killer for dental). The next morning I felt as if nothing had happened. Emmaline paid her utmost attention to details, she was happy when it was done perfectly, that carries a lot of confidence, and of course created trust from her patient. I was really impressed that a nurse messaged the next day to check on me. For that I remains grateful. Not cheap, but still affordable.

I had very bad experience with other dental clinic when I put on my braces which I shared my experience and told her that I am very worry about my root canal treatment and she had ensure me that it’s not so bad to after all. Totally no pain thru out the treatment and she explained clearly what she did after the treatment as I was on my EarPod since I did not like the sound from the root canal treatment. Fabulous experience with Dr Hamdan and the clinic staff. Dr Hamdan is very patient with my boy and my mum. He is detailed and yet show consideration for both my mum n boy, recommending and adviced treatment that are only necessary for health benefits. Teaching my boy on dental health... I'm impressed that my boy told me, he wouldn't mind to come everyday, after the experience... he was trembling prior to that. Dental assistant, Tara is also very reassuring to both my mum n boy, making the experience superd! We also have fantastic admin service during registration. Explaining the different subsidy claim etc. In conclusion, Highly recommended!

I came to this clinic months ago because of my screw attaching the crown to the implant had been broken and part of it remained lodged in the implant. I was very impressed when Dr Samintharaj Kumar displayed great skill and expertise in retrieving the broken screw from the implant - a difficult maneuver perfectly executed in quick time, thus saving the patient especially someone who is extremely impatient like me from any prolonged discomfort. Super well done! Not only was Dr Samintharaj very professional, the dental nurses in attendance were polite and seemingly well-trained. The dental treatment room was also spacious and well-lit. And again, I decided to treat another bad tooth - Implant! All went well as expected ! Quick and painless surgery ever! To me, money should provide two things: security and quality of life. The whole treatment and visits are worth the price I am paying ! After-sales service guaranteed. The staff play the roles so well and great work, as always! 👍🏼

Love love love Dr. Kumar!!! He's super friendly and will really put you at ease before your treatment. Had root end surgery where he cut up my gums, cleaned my infected root (apicoectomy), and stitched it back up. All done in about 45 minutes. Dr. Yushmee is great as well as I had a few check-ups with her before my session with Dr. Kumar. She's very patient in explaining the treatments required and costs involved. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well and will call to follow-up and check how we are doing after treatment, etc. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Long overdue review for the best Dentist, Dr Weelyn Teh whom I have come to know too late. I’m always very nervous and nausea before dental appointment. Dr Teh eased my tension and nervousness by her way of humor and bubbly character. She understands and empathies the fear of patients but yet maintain her professionalism to encourage and carry out her duty. She talked and joked during the whole process of root canal. That kind of funny, relax and cheerful atmosphere had already taken my fears away. She accommodated my fear and anxiety by just doing a bit of changes to the procedure which made me feel more comfortable to proceed (for e.g. she cut a small hole on the rubber dam to make me feel better and have fresh air into my mouth as I was so afraid of the thing cover up my whole mouth). She encouraged me to proceed with the crown after root canal. The crown process took shorter time than I expected. I even brought my 5 years old son along to the clinic. Dr Teh was patience and kind enough with my boy and distracted him with a cartoon. I feel as if she is a big sister to me and I feel safe in her hands. I’m a difficult patient who need longer appointment time and encouragement than others but I still feel very much welcome that Dr Teh would like to take me as her regular patient. I have recommended this wonderful doctor to my family. Hope Dr Teh can stay in this practice to serve the public as long as she can. Highly recommend this clinic especially Dr Teh and her lovely team.

Good service overall. However, the cost of medicine is quite expensive. The precribed painkiller - Arcoxia, they charge me $5 per pill. Why is it so? Has check the market price for that and is less than $1.50 if I am not wrong. Other than that, is a pleasant visit.

I had a great experienced for my root canal treatment on 9 August 2020 at Nuffield Dental Simpang Bedok under the hands of Dr Weelyn Teh. Even though there were a few hiccups before the procedure (you know, I know..hahaha & I understand the situation coz Im the 1st patient & on a public holiday) eventually everything went smoothly and painlessly. I dont even need to consume the pain killer. Dr Teh is very chirpy throughout the procedure and by mentioning that she is an 'OCD' to her dental assistant, gave me the assurance that everything will be smooth sailing. Once again thank you very much & kudos to Dr Weelyn Teh & her assistants. (On a side note, the additional PH charges was worth paying). I hope I will have the same experience when I revisit for different treatment with another dentist.
