My first dental experience at Q&M was excellent. Dr Joey was friendly, considerate and informative. He kindly explained the possible remedies for my wisdom tooth situation. He was also very considerate and affirmative throughout the process. Ms Veron and Ms Emily have been really friendly and informative as well. Highly recommended!

Brought my son to have his teeth checked as he was having toothache. As it is his first time, he was scared and kept crying. The dentist and the dental assistants were very patient and were very helpful. The dentist explained everything very well and advise us on our options. My son is now no longer scared of dentists and is looking forward to get his teeth checked soon.

Went to Q&M yesterday or wisdom tooth extraction. The reception nurse greeted me with a smile and go through all process with me. Doctor Joey and his team is very professional and fast when removing my wisdom tooth. They made sure I was okay before I left the clinic and followed up with me before I went to bed👍🏻👍🏻 The whole process was painless including the next day! ☺️👍🏻 It was a great journey with Q&M! ☺️

I went for my wisdom tooth surgery yesterday. It was my first and I am too satisfied with the overall service they provided. Intially I was being consulted by Dr.Mani but my surgery was carried out by Dr.Joey. Both of them have enough patience to answer my queries. I was too nervous during my surgery. Dr. Joey did his best to took it out from me. My surgery took longer than I expected because I was taking continuous breaks in between. Dr.Joey supported me during the entire process. After that I got passed out and he let me stay and made sure that I was okay to go back. Much thanks to all the nurses at Q&M, Dr. Mani and Dr.Joey. If anyone wants to go for their dental matters I suggest this is place to check in. God bless you all.

I was attended by Dr Joey who was knowledgeable. I had issues with my wisdom teeth. He explained to me clearly the risks involved and made sure I understood the possible outcomes before carrying out the procedure. He was also honest about the fact that my lower left wisdom tooth would be a challenge for him to remove due to the direction my tooth was growing in. Nonetheless, Dr Joey did a really great job with his assistants with no mishaps. They ensured that I had everything I needed during the procedure and that everything goes smoothly. All in all, it is a small venue for a dental clinic so facilities like X-Ray isn't available in this branch. I was referred to the nearest branch(Sembawang) for X-Ray which isn't much of an issue because Admiralty MRT is just across the road and Sembawang MRT is just 1 stop away.

It's OFFICIAL that i am coming back here again to extract my another wisdom tooth and I was super nervous but Dr Joey assure me that everything will be fine and you won't feel any pain! Procedure was explained clearly. My whole entire surgery just took 10 mins!! The nurses there is super friendly too! Thank you thank you so so much!

I just had my wisdom tooth extracted 2 days ago by Dr Joey via surgical extraction. Though it was not by first wisdom tooth extraction, the experience was really comforting. He showed my dental x-ray with me, and told me his plan on how to extract it. He would also tell me which stage of the extraction he is at now throughout the surgery. Although it is something beyond my control, having updates and someone talking to me takes my mind off the drilling and pulling. Kudos to Dr Joey! Definitely a dental clinic I will come back to.

I had two wisdom teeth which required treatment but I have been delaying it for quite sometime, and they got worse. Yesterday visited Admiralty branch and was attended by Dr Joey. He was very quick in his diagnostic of my X-ray, and the two surgeries took less than 1 hour to complete with very minimum discomfort. After that, he took the initiative to send me for 2nd round X-ray just to be sure everything is in order. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

Went to extract my wisdom tooth. Initially, I had fears and doubts as to whether it would be painful during the surgery and recovery period. However, Dr Joey was very calm and reassuring. I didn’t feel any pain and he managed to extract out the tooth in 10 minutes. His thorough briefing on how he was going to do it was even longer than the surgery! Dr Joey is very experienced and a approx 12 hrs after surgery, I’m feeling good without pain or swelling whatsoever and am able to eat solid food comfortably. I would definitely head down to this clinic in the future if I encounter any dental problems!

Did my Wisdom tooth, It was fast and alright. Beneficially claimable through MEDISAVE. The downfall is doctor wasn’t friendly enough & Receptionist forgot to return my NRIC and with the pain I wasn’t aware of it too. No apologies was said either. Had to travel down and waste my money on transport. Overall is just OK.
