From the moment I walked into the clinic, it was clear that Dr. Quek is very meticulous and genuinely cares about his patients. I consulted him for braces treatment, and he conducted a thorough examination of my teeth, taking the time to explain the condition of my teeth and the entire treatment process. What I appreciated most was that Dr. Quek wasn’t eager to jump straight into the treatment. Instead, he carefully outlined the step-by-step procedure, the expected timeline, and the potential outcomes of the treatment. This thoughtful and detailed approach made me feel at ease and confident about moving forward. Definately a dentist who is professional, patient focused and reassuring. I know I am in good hands !

This is my first time visiting “ Quek and me “ dental clinic, but Dr Quek really surprised me with his knowledge, skills and experience. I did a filling at my last 2nd tooth last year at another dental clinic , since then I experienced pain post procedure, that Doctor asked me to see a specialist. After X-ray and a few procedures done at specialist dental clinic, the problem wasn’t solved. I lived the life with used to it and was thinking maybe when I get old, my teeth will fall out and I will need dentures. Somehow I wanted to do scale and polish over the weekend, since I am going over seas for a holiday, then I googled dental clinic open over weekend. That’s how I found Dr Quek clinic and came for the appt this afternoon. I told Dr Quek my tooth filling story, didn’t expect he will give any solution since I have seen specialist a few times. But….upon examination of my teeth without Xray, he diagnosed my tooth problem and given solution. I felt much better now and not to worry about my teeth health anymore, I know Dr Quek definitely can help me! I am the luckiest person today. Yeah, can go holiday with a peaceful mind!

My 2nd visit to Dr Quek’s dental clinic. He’s a one of a kind dentist. I came in not knowing I had sinus and not tooth issues. And he was so willing to share alot of knowledges on AC maintenance etc that very likely caused the sinus. He is very assuring and very experienced, extremely friendly too. His clinic is located in CCK under the HDB block. There’s a bus stop right outside. Felt at ease coming to him knowing that my tooth are well taken care of.

Doctor is very friendly. Had a wisdom tooth surgery and overall experience was painless. I was pregnant so no painkillers are given, but post surgery was just a slight discomfort due to the thread. But after that, able to eat as per normal and teeth doesnt feel pain. Doc even given tips and advices as well. Strongly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Dr Quek was able to perform a quick emergency surgery on Sunday evening to extract 3 legged tooth at short notice which has cracked and became infected that made eating a very painful process. Compared to other dentist, his clinic is equipped with latest 3D x-ray imaging machine that is able to do 3D imaging scan of the lower jaw in less than 30 sec. Other clinic took a lot longer more than 25min and is a lot more uncomfortable. He is very experienced and tooth extraction even though it broke while being extracted was completed with specialise equipment that make the whole process fairly fast and relatively pain free. The stitching was well performed and recovery took about 3 to 7 days. Cost wise able to tap on Medisave resulting in Out of pocket payment is lower than normal including surgery, meds, xray. Overall experience is good compared to other clinic at Orchard and other CCK clinic which I have visited before.

Dr Quek was very friendly and nice. He listened to my worries and answered all my queries. He also assure me that he will take care of the surgery. During the whole surgery, he kept checking whether I was okay. And when I was feeling pain during certain parts of the wisdom tooth surgery, he will calm me down by telling me what he was doing. Even though it wasn't totally painless, Dr Quek did his best to make sure he was careful and slow down when needed. Really appreciate the kindness and empathy Dr Quek give to me. Had a painless extraction today. Dr Quek is very friendly, patient and skillful… even the anesthetic injections were almost painless. Clinic assistant at the counter is warm, helpful and meticulous in giving instructions. Many payment methods are accepted here, including American Express. Generally, the atmosphere here is relaxed and pleasant. The waiting area is pleasant and decorated in good taste (compared to most neighbourhood clinics). Recently, I had the wisdom teeth surgery and extraction. Prior to the treatment, Dr Quek carefully addressed all of my enquiries and clearly explained the procedure. Throughout the treatment, he talked to me constantly which was a good distraction for a patient who is very afraid of pain. My sister just having wisdom tooth extraction at Quek & Me dental surgery last week, Overall very successful as Dr Quek make my sis feel very comfortable,painless and relaxed during the whole process . However, my sis didn't follow the post surgery procedure properly (gargle the mouth after meal and skip the antibiotic) so she need to return back to dentist for dry socket treatment. The doctor very professional and given her the treatment immediately. My sis mentioned the nurse hold her hand during the dry socket surgery and it really give her a warm heart and support. Went to Dr Quek for an urgent wisdom tooth removal. Got a ct scan and he showed me how the tooth looked like, explained why we took a ct scan (to make sure that we don't hit a nerve during the surgery). Very detailed consultation. It is a little pricey for some but the service and quality is exceptional. I took out the wisdom tooth and it was a fast and painless surgery. He even xrayed again to ensure all the wisdom tooth roots were out (about 2mm size). Made sure recovery went well. Took out the stitches fast as well. I would highly recommend him esp for such surgeries! You feel assured.

After doing xray, Dr Quek explained on the recommended actions based on xray results together with approx total cost of the procedure Surgery was done to remove my upper left wisdom tooth with minimal pain. Dr Quek was very assuring and kept me engaged throughout the process to ensure im feeling fine. After surgery was done, another xray was taken where Dr Quek explained that surgery was done successfully. Two days later, i receive a call from the clinic asking how i am doing, my current pain level etc Overall im really impressed with the service provided by Dr Quek and his assistants. The dentist was about to get off work in the evening. I heard that a patient with toothache came in, so he received me! The doctor's skills are very good. It doesn't hurt at all to pull out a tooth. The dentist also gives me a discount. The lady at the front desk is very serious and responsible. Chinese people who have dental problems can come here to have a look.
