2 weeks ago i extracted my wisdom tooth with Dr Chan. He was friendly, understanding and professional. He patiently explained to me the process and made me feel at ease. The dental assistant and counter staff were efficient and approachable! I had been following up with my braces with Dr Elizabeth as well. She is kind, professional and overall a pleasant experience:) Kudos to the royce staffs!

I had a complex wisdom tooth surgery performed by dental specialist Dr Peter and was very pleased for the professional service provided. He explained in detailed to me about the surgery procedure and answered all my queries patiently. In fact, the whole surgery was rather painless beside the loud drilling sound effect :) . I have made a speedy recovery in 4 weeks and thanks so much to Dr Peter.

Have been visiting this clinic for over a few years, thanks to the excellent service from Dr. Tricia and her team. From stepping into the clinic till end of my treatments, I never once felt uncomfortable. Dr. Tricia constantly checked on me throughout the operations to ensure that.

Requested an urgent appointment due to a gum inflammation and the clinic was very kind to schedule me in on the same day. Did scaling and polishing with Dr Peter, who is very understanding and gentle. The whole process was comfortable and the clinic was very well maintained. Will be returning to treat other issues. Pleasant service by the dental staff & dentist Dr Tricia Chng! Clinic is superbly clean with calm ambience. Dr Tricia also went the extra mile to share regarding alternative dental treatment options in detail & provided her honest opinion that was tailored to my needs. Was Attended By Dr Tricia, She was kind and patient, assured me that it was going to be a Painfree Procedure which it was. The Clinic also Looked New and was also Fully Air-Conditioned. My husband and I visited this clinic for the first time because this clinic has almost immediate available appointment. Thanks to the reviews here, I chose Dr Tricia for my appointment. She was meticulous and gave good advices during the scaling and polishing session. I didn’t feel any discomfort with her. Overall the close to 30mins was alright for me. My husband had Dr Neil to do his scaling and polishing on a separate day and was traumatised by the experience. Although he paid the same fee I did, $80, the doctor told him to return for more thorough cleaning cos the doctor said he was sensitive and need cleaning at the back. He found out later the more thorough cleaning is a gum treatment at $150. He said the whole experience was not comfortable and not that his teeth or gum was sensitive. In fact he was irritated by the weird placement of the suction and the poking. Hope our reviews help you.

I previously had unpleasant dental experience at other dental centers. I strongly recommend Royce Dental Surgery - Bukit Batok. My Dentist was Ms Amy. She was very kind, warm and friendly. She kept checking in if I am feeling alright. She did a brilliant job with her explainations. My heartfelt thanks to her.

I was attended by Dr Tricia. I went for scaling & polishing and was very impressed at how efficient and effective the staff were. Dr Tricia was very assuring and she constantly check if I’m fine during the procedure. Overall, I would highly recommend Royce Dental Surgery. Great Staff and Great Service!

I’ve never been to the dentist for a very very long b time. This is my first time at Royce clinic.. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.. so my wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Tricia. She is very friendly and nice.. Her assistant was also very nice and friendly

Today is my first visit to Royce Dental at Bukit Batok. Was greeted with the very friendly Dr Tricia Chng and her staffs. The day before, I have googled and found many positive reviews on Dr Tricia. Yesterday I went to do scaling and polishing at another dental clinic. After that, my whole mouth feel very swollen and painful. This morning after brushing my teeth, my gum started bleeding. Bleeding continue while I was on my way to Royce Dental. I have a phobia with dental treatment since young and this painful and bleeding gum make me feel worse. After I arrived, I told Dr Tricia on my bleeding gum problem and she do a thorough check on the bleeding area before she apply medicine on it. After a few minutes bitting on gauze, the bleeding stopped. I was feeling quite nervous and actually sweating in the air con room, Dr Tricia played some music to calm my nerve. Dr Tricia Chng was very friendly, soft spoken and explain thoroughly on my gum situation. The best dentist I have been too. The staffs there were also very helpful. I will be going back there to do my filling next week again. Kudos to Dr Tricia Chng for her friendly and excellent service and especially so for me who has a phobia with dental treatment. 👍👍👍

Attended by Dr Neil and his assistant to extract my decayed wisdom tooth. Both of them were kind and gentle. Dr Neil also gave a clear explanation of what he was going to do and kept checking to ensure that I was not in any pain during the extraction. Told them that I was very afraid but they made the whole experience very pleasant. Even the person attending to me at the counter was friendly and polite too. Thank you Dr Neil and team!

I have phobia whenever i need to go for dental treatment. A friend recommends me to look for Dr Tricia Chng. My experience was a good one. Though feeling very anxious and nervous, Dr Tricia was very careful and she calm me down so that she could proceed with the extraction. I did 3 times of teeth polishing and scaling. Good price, and my teeth are clean.

Girl Dentist keeps me updated on what shes doing and checking up on me to see if i am okay. And also does the job well (For my filling of the cavities) - Went again on 3 March 2022 Left teeth was in very sharp pain. Went to see Dentist immediately on the same day. She knocked on the teeth, did some cold sensitivity test, x-ray (check for tooth decay & tooth fracture) to acertain the cause. There were no shadows on the teeth during x-ray, indicating no decay. No fractures too. The dirt stuck in the newly grown wisdom teeth was deduced as the cause. She was knowledgable, calm, logical and explained her reasoning on how she came to the conclusion. I still felt pain in some areas and she checked those teeth too. I also asked if the sinus is related to the pain. She replied jumping? But also not from sinus. Thank you so much for being calm and guiding me to figure out the cause of the pain. Explaining thoroughly and answering my doubts. Although, I still feel some pain, i can be rest assured that the pain is not due to the teeth. She also gave me some pointers: - biting and teeth feel pain - pain until cannot sleep They gave me some mouthwash to keep the gum-slightly-covered wisdom tooth clean and painkillers.

Dr Michelle is very patient helps me in my surgery to pluck 3 of my wisdom tooth. She also shares a lot pertaining dental care. Lovely dentist and dental assistant... made my visits a comfortable one.
