Had a sign prominently displayed at the front counter asking for 5 stars review in exchange for a free gift. Though Dr Irene Leong is good treating my daughter of her wisdom tooth ( with a cost ) but I think for a million dollar business that charges GST, they can do better in : allow their rest room to be made available to patients & guests because the nearest toilets are more than 100 m away at the nearby coffee shops. Install free wifi. Provide mobile phone chargers or USB. Install free water cooler. When in place, this would be a real 5 stars dental care clinic.

First visit to this dental clinic. Less waiting time since I was served immediately as there were no other patients. Felt at ease in this clinic, both the dentist (Dr Chan) and her assistant were very friendly which made my visit less scary. The whole time, Dr Chan was very thorough with her explanation and she cleaned my teeth so effortlessly (despite me flinching from time to time but that’s on me 😌). At the end of it, I came out of the clinic feeling satisfied and looking forward to the next visit. Thanks for the superb service!

First time coming to this clinic, definitely would return in the future. Staffs were welcoming and professional in their service. Place was very clean and has a nice atmosphere, did not have to wait long as I had booked an appointment. Dr Chan was very thorough during the whole consultation and gave me lots of advise on how to maintain good oral hygiene. Keep up the good work.

Decided to visit this dental clinic based on the good reviews. Clinic looks very cosy and clean, feels very comfortable and calm. Great customer service; receptionist was very patient and polite. Did my first wisdom tooth surgery and was very nervous, but the dentist and assistant were very nice by trying to assure and calm me down throughout the whole procedure. Highly recommend this clinic!

Have never written a Google review but Twinkle Dental truly deserves this 5-star. I have terrible dental phobia from childhood trauma but I found this clinic a year ago and decided to try cleaning here. Dr Elyssa Chan was so, so gentle and patient, she could tell I was scared the moment I stepped in 😂 Even though I always had pain during dental cleanings, Dr Chan Elyssa made it completely painless. I even had an ulcer back then but she helped me put a protection gel, avoided it and it didn’t hurt at all. She cured my dental phobia. :) Fast forward a year later, I went back and took a leap of courage to finally put on braces! 4 extractions and wisdom tooth surgery by Dr Ozy Ong. My mouth is really small and I get ulcers frequently and easily. Dr Ozy Ong is so understanding, empathethic and kind. He tries his best to be gentle during the surgery and extraction, assuring me as we go along. I was shaking and nearly cried on the chair before we started, but they eased my anxiety away. Twinkle Dental’s entire team of staff from receptionists to the assistants to the dentists truly deserves more than 5-stars. Really excited to start my braces journey with them. :)

Had my first dental X-Ray and consultation with Dr Ozy Ong. He is so thorough, patient and professional in explaining the braces procedure. I have less fear now! I also had my teeth scaled and polished by Dr Chan. She is so compassionate towards my nervousness. I had my tooth extracted as well by Dr Ong and it’s a painless process for an extraction! So, it was a smooth experience. Overall, my dental-phobia is gone. All the assistants there were so friendly and welcoming, makes me feel more like a family than patient. The clinic ambience gave me a soothing feel when entering and waiting. Currently I am following up with braces procedure. Can't wait for the exciting journey and visiting there often! Highly recommended for dental-phobia person like me.

Had a wisdom tooth extracted here in October… i had been putting it off because of the fear of the pain but the dentist who did the extraction was really good! Didnt feel much pain, during or after the extraction. He was gentle and attentive to my reactions during the extraction. Extraction was not painful at all, just a little uncomfortable. Only took 1 painkiller right after the extraction and there was no more pain thereafter! Even the thread removal was painless! The clinic assistants here were also nice and comforting… I am now not fearful to go to the dentist. Thank you Twinkle Dental for such a pleasant experience! 🥰🥰 - Nurliza

I just have to give a feedback because my experience with this dental clinic has been really good so far. The doctors that handled me were Dr Irene and then Dr Ozy. My recovery after Dr Ozy did surgery on my wisdom teeth went really well. I was scared that my recovery will be bad like the first time but it didn’t. I’m recovering really well right now and i don’t feel any pain at all. Thank you once again!

I would like to commend the receptionist whom I made my appointment with. Even though a date was already scheduled for my treatment, she took the extra effort to call me up and slot me in to an earlier date when it was available. Had my teeth extracted here, two actually, wisdom tooth and one mollar. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ozy Ong. They have a great service and friendly staffs, i usually hold the hands of the person assisting my dentist as im quite a nervous person. Lovely people, i highly recommend this clinic. Ive been to different clinic, Nullif**** and Cana** which is way too pricey.

Highly recommended dental clinic with a trusted and caring dentist! My whole family sees Dr Ozy for big and small dental health issues. Dr Ozy was very kind and patient, and made my 2 young kids (2 & 5 years old on their first visit) at ease with teeth cleaning procedure. He went an extra mile teaching them how to brush properly too. Thru word of mouth, I get to know twinkle family clinic located in Tampines. I have done numerous dental treatment from basic teeth cleaning to complicated wisdom tooth surgery extraction. The professionalism exhibited by Dr Ozy and team of nurses are of high standards. Dr Ozy and team take time to explain steps and reasons to me so to allow clear understanding and peace of mind. Most importantly, wisdom tooth surgery was so skillfully performed with minimized wound size despite complicated wisdom tooth growth. This demonstrates the skill of Dr Ozy. Charges for these dental services are very reasonable in accordance to market rate. Highly recommended
