Received a smooth and pleasant experience going to this clinic. From the reception to surgery to medication. all went smoothly. unfortunately i didn’t get the name of the reception lady however is very kind, warm and friendly and she assisted me throughout. Dr. Khor i would say has many experience and he handled my surgery well. my nervousness was gone after Dr. Khor made the process as seamless as possible. overall very satisfied with the services rendered.

I had a good cleaning with no pain and it’s pretty gentle. I had a consult with Dr Wilson who is really nice to explain about the probable causes behind the state of my teeth and what I can do on my own (chew less ice, use a softer toothbrush, etc.). Additionally, the prices are one of the lowest in the east with included GST so that’s a plus!

Good dental check-up with Dr. Krystle Lee. Had a dull toothache, and was quite surprised the first question Dr Krystle asked was if I had any sinus issues recently. Which i did! Turns out, it was the sinus that caused an ache I was feeling around my tooth. I appreciate the detailed explanation and thorough checks after that just to confirm that my teeth are ok. 👍

Brought my 2year old daughter to see Dr Khoo and I must say I was impressed by how she handled my girl! Dr Khoo explained what she will be doing to my girl in simple terms and was very gentle with her. They were able to play youtube video on the screen above to help distract her making her feel comfortable and all to get her cooperation. Initially we tried to find a paediatric dentist appointment but their appointment is 1 year in advanced! So glad we have found Dr Khoo in our neighbourhood.

Sep19 2024, I brought my Wife to join me for our Annual dental checkup, scaling, polishing and fluoride treatment at WeSmile@Bedok. Our Dentist was Dr G.C. Khor. He was very professional and gentle in his dental work on our teeth. He pointed out all the potential problem areas in our teeth and gum and gave good advice on how to mitigate these potential problems. Dr Khor examine the complex re-filling that Dr Khoo did on Dec06 2023; and he assured me that Dr Khoo did a great job and that the complex refilling was holding Good. He gave me sound advice on how to make it last. We are very happy that the Team in WeSmile@ Bedok have the mission to preserve our teeth - as far as professionally possible. That is the reason why we have made WeSmile@Bedok our Family Dentist. ... Dec07 2023 Review ... On December 06 2023, I went to WeSmile@Bedok to re-fill a Big filling in my lower right jaw rear molar #48, that came out on Sunday Dec03. I was very apprehensive that re-filling could be done, as the hole in my #48 molar was big. Dr Khoo was Professional, Experienced and very Reassuring. She did a Wonderful job in the Complex re-Filling with composite Resin. I felt only slight pain and discomfort during the whole procedure. Post Procedure, Dr Khoo gave me sound advice on how to make sure the re-fill last many years. Thank You Dr Khoo and the nursing staff.

Dr Wilson provided me with a thorough check-up of my teeth after my long-awaited (and non-existent) dentist visit. Always been afraid of the dentist all my life. My sensitive teeth doesn't help either, keep on getting cavities and plaques too. When I came here, the dentist Dr. Khor was calm and joyful, easily making me feel comfortable and welcome. He is generous with his advice but he doesn't compel me to do things to our teeth when I don't want to. The staff there were also polite and ready to serve. It can a bit pricey even after Chas Card but they help me keep my teeth healthy.

It has been years since my last visit to dentist. Was recommended by my sister to visit WeSmile Bedok Branch. When I reached the clinic, I’m greeted by recept Sue who was very friendly. The whole registration process was quick before I was called in. Dr Wilson Lai attended to me. He was very calm and patient while explaining the procedure. As I’m required to do a surgery for the removal to one of my tooth, I was quite nervous and unsure what to expect. Dr Wilson and team patiently guided me throughout the whole process answering to all my curious questions. The surgery took only half an hr without much pain (that included Dr detailed explanation thereafter). Overall very pleased with my first visit here and thanks to Dr Wilson who is very skilful and the nice team : ) Looking fwd to visit again in a week time to remove my stitches.

Dr Khoo is a very patient dr. She explained clearly the procedures to be done for root canal. She also check on me regularly during the root canal process and ask if everything is ok and make sure I am comfortable and not in pain.
