I visited Dr Felix clinic and had an outstanding experience. Dr. Jessica was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The staff were also very experienced, attentive and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I appreciated the clinic’s modern interior, cleanliness and the seamless appointment scheduling process. Great experience at the clinic! Dr Li is definitely an experienced, knowledgeable and professional aesthetic Doctor. He’s able to pinpoint my issues and suggest various treatments for my considerations. The nurses and therapists are also friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. I saw Dr. Felix Li for my saggy jowls and undefined jawline, and asked for dermal filler injections. However, he advised against as it would not solve the underlying issue. He did an Ultherapy treatment for me instead and I couldn’t have been happier. Within 3 weeks, there were significant firming on my jowls and my jawline was more visible. I am grateful for the professionalism of Dr. Felix as he did not want to give me a quick fix, but address the root of my problem. And not forgetting the wonderful assistants who were always there to make every visit a relaxed and pleasant one. Thanks to all of you!
