This is my 4th experience at Halley Medical Aesthetics . The staff here are very professional and polite , and the results of the treatment have always been very good. Dr Terence Tan explains the treatments and expected results very clearly and the clinic is extremely responsive with regards to after service care, should it be required . The team at Halley Medical Aesthetics is great. Very professional, non pushy and they all seem to enjoy their job! I see Dr Mavis on a regular basis for my skin conditions. Tried the Hifu treatment today for lifting and maintenance. It was done by therapist Adlyn (who’s been here 8 years!) - did it without the numbing cream and apart from some jolts near the jaw line it was manageable! (You can request for numbing cream if you prefer.) Looking forward to the results!

Went for upper face Ultherapy which is hard to find this treatment in SG and MY coz usually do in full face. Dr. Terence is very friendly and professional, he did more shots for me based on my forehead condition instead of general shots was told. Staff also gentle when cleaning my face and no hard sale just give some suggestions which I can consider next time visit. Overall is a comfortable treatment and will visit again when I needed!

I highly recommend Dr. Terence Tan for anyone considering Botox or Ultherapy. The entire Botox experience was smooth and comfortable. Dr. Tan took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel at ease. The clinic was clean, professional, and welcoming, and his staff was gentle and friendly—there was no hard-selling involved. Ultherapy with Halley Medical Aesthetic Did my first Ultherapy with Dr Terence Tan in Oct 2019. Hubs saw result on day itself and more visible V lifting 2 weeks after. Many great comments from friends who noticed the positive firming and lifting. A tad painful but Dr Tan provided strong painkillers and numbing cream that was useful! 4 years after, I am back to Dr Tan at Halley for another round of Ultherapy treatment! Feeling confident for a noticeable lift in time for my big party!

I had been doing upper lip hair removal in this clinic for 6 sessions. Dr Mark and team had been patient with me. He understood my concern. After 6 sessions, it was great result! It has stopped growing up! It worked!! I feel thrilled and show off my upper lip! Hahaha! Highly recommended to consult doctor before you remove hair on your part of body. Dr. Tan consulted really well and no hard sell. I came here for consultation first but didnt get treament for almost 1 year 😅 I came back for another consultation and decided to get pico laser x 3. I am very happy with the result so far. After the 2nd treatment, My face seems lighter and spots are much much lighter. I am defenitely coming back for more treatment. Dr. Tan is very kind and listens to my concerns, and can also speak simple Japanese. Don't worry, there is no pushover. We also have staff who can speak Japanese and will answer your questions politely. I had Pico Laser twice this time, and I feel like my skin has become brighter overall. Fine stains are no longer noticeable.
