My husband and I chanced upon Hermetise last December when we were walking around Raffles City. Golan and Joseph were very patient in explaining the benefits of his products. We took the facial package and tried their products for 3 months now. We are very happy to see the improvements on our skin tones and texture. Our favorite produc are the eye serum and eye cream. Kudos to the team in Raffles City. Would highly recommend to anyone who cares for their complexions .

I did my first facial with Hermetise about three weeks ago. In short, I am very happy to have found this place. What a cute, petite, cozy boutique facial place in a heart of busy retail area. In view of their location for a quick /easy access and overall combination of giving you a good result, it will be a perfect place for person like me who is busy and would like a quick and great facial while feeling relaxed and rested. Firstly, on their main treatment, two thumbs up! I tried extraction (manual and using their device ) and another device to brighten up the skin to improve circulation followed by a cold therapy, etc, the instant result was more visible than my previous experiences with other clinics/spas. Secondly, on top of the facial I needed to do, I enjoyed the overall ambiance, set-up and interactions with the therapist. I can see that so much hard effort and dedication has been given to the level of very little details to create the enriched/ restful experience. So after 1.5 hours of hide away, I felt relaxed and rested. The treatment room was nicely decorated and designed, lighting was cozy/ relaxing, the gown material was high quality, felt nice on skin, the sound of music they played during the therapy was fuller/ richer / enjoyable. The fragrance they use in their boutique is refreshing and uplifting. The area where you are getting ready/finished is behind the curtain, was able to give feel of privacy and disconnection from outside. This is very impressive because they are in the middle of a mall and at the heart of retail area but they managed to create a feel of seclusion, which is in my opinion important for facial. The drink options was presented in a very nice menu card and the drink after the treatment was served in a high quality cup/saucer. So thanks to all of these, I felt fully rested after the whole 1.5 hour crispy experience of sorting out my skin issues. It felt like I was doing a top facial in a 5 star hotel spa, with much better result. I also liked the way they do the selling. It wasn't a hard sell, and the approach was more informative and trying to help. The follow up was very gentle and professional. Also their pricing is net price so no usual style by other spas like starting with inflated price list and then offering discount by making it look like you are getting great deal etc. I like their moisturizers, etc. Again, I find their products quite special compared to main stream brands I tried before. To top the experience even more, the owner Golani is fun/funny to chat with. Total experience with them stands out and was very memorable to me. All the best!

I was walking around the food court area at Raffles City Shopping Centre and Golani stopped me and asked me a question. He has a very friendly presence, so I continued to converse with him for a few minutes. He invited me to step into Hermetise and asked if he could demonstrate a few products while asking me some questions. Casual conversation led me to realize he is a very genuine and caring individual. Instead of trying to sell me verbally on what the Hermerise products can do, he showed me the amazing results on my face and hands. He was very genuine and knowledgeable about the products and what our skin needs, and I could tell he was a legitimate expert in this field. He suggested some products without any pressure to buy, but I was so impressed by the results, that I already knew I had to purchase what he had shown me. I bought a great daily skin care regimen and he included a facial in the purchase. The facial is amazing, so relaxing and nourishing for you skin! I absolutely love Hermetise and am a customer for life.

The Hermetise Facial exfoliating gel is absolutely fabulous, so gentle on my skin yet the effects are outstanding. After using it my skin feels softer and smoother, no tightness or dryness like a lot of other brands. So l went back to replenish my cleansing foam and exfoliating gel and I was warmly greeted by Golani. It is such a beautiful shop, a pleasure to have a facial in luxurious surroundings. Thank you 🙏
