I have been with Medical Aesthetic for many years. Dr Robert Ong is very experienced and attentive. He has helped resolved my acne and weight management problems. The clinic staff esp Carmen are very kind and attentive, impressed that she tries to follow up when I forgot to make appointment after a missed visit. I like their skin care products. Prices are reasonable and clinic does not hard sell. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking out for an aesthetic clinic!

The medical service I received from Dr Robert is excellent. He is knowledgeable in his field of work. He also listened well to my lomg term concerns (teenager progressing to mid 30s acne and rosacea)and suggest treatment realistically and appropriately.
