Visited Dr Sue-Ann for a cyst. The entire experience was great from the friendly and professional nurses to Dr Sue-Ann’s clear explanation on the issue, what are the possible solutions and what she was intending to start me off on the treatment and the after effects. Understanding them gave me mental prep for the worst case scenario. On my second visit, my inflammation was a lot better and I was able to obtain an in depth consultation. I would highly recommend Dr Sue-Ann for your treatment needs. Thank you Dr Sue-Ann & Team!

The doctor is helpful and courteous and cheerful. The doctor explained to me , my sickness very clearly and quickly helped me to stop the itching of my infection.The nurses are helpful and cheerful.

When i first started to have redness on my face, i went to seek multiple medical help but they are unable to diagnose my skin condition correctly, i was even refer to NUH RAI clinic as they suspected me of having Lupus and thereafter the RAI clinic refer me to see Dr Sue Ann. She quickly diagnosed me having Rosacea and i started my long long journey to recovery with her. After my condition started to stabilise, she left NUH and continue her practice in private, by then my condition was very well controlled although i still follow up with NUH dermatology however since she left, there isn’t much changes and i just follow up every once a year just to get all the same medication which she used to give me. Somehow i just feel that all the rest of the doctors i seen there are not as “good” as her. Years after my husband and son developed skin condition. As husband and myself do have some basic medical background hence we are also very careful with our treatment. My husband got referred to AH dermatologist by the polyclinic and the waiting time is almost 5mths? And by then his skin condition got really bad and he keep having recurring fever. When he went to see his GP, GP advice that his skin condition had worsened and as his appointment to see AH Dermatologist is still awhile later, he suggested if he want to seek treatment from a private dermatologist? After he told me what his GP say, Dr Sue Ann immediately came to my mind and i went to search and hoping that she is still practicing in Singapore. Im so glad that i finally found her ( i did go and search for her when i first went back to NUH for follow up and she is no longer there to see me, i try asking the NUH staffs they didn’t provide me with any details 😞) so i quickly make a call and my husband was able to see her the within a few days. What i love about Dr Sue Ann is she is not those who were push very expensive treatments to her patients and charges her patients very fairly. She provides options to all the possible treatment and weighting the pro and cons to her patients. My husband condition improved tremendously within 2 mths and he is also very glad that he went to seek her for his treatment. (He did went to see his AH dermatologist since he felt that no harm seeking for 2nd advice and since his appointment with the AH is finally here after soo many months of long wait) he told me he still prefer Dr Sue Ann after hearing what the AH dermatologist suggested to him. Today i just brought my son to see her for his scalp issue that causes him to his sudden hair loss. I know that i can fully trust Dr Sue Ann without doubt. Thank you Dr Sue Ann ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dr sue-anne is very professional and my eczema improved tremendously after the first consultation. My eczema flares up whenever I travel to cold and dry places, but in my recent trips, there was no flare up at all, which i consider a miracle. The staff are also very friendly and customer service was great. Highly recommend!
