I enquired about getting an elder care helper for my father in March and in less than a month, 1 Care Agency was able to bring in one from Myanmar. The whole process from biodata review to video interview to paperwork and handover went smoothly. They were very professional and easy to work with. We are very happy with the helper. This was my first time employing a helper. Janice had been wonderful to guide and render assistance, and would help to ensure all paperwork are taken care of. The helpers have elderly care background/experience and I recommend 1.Care to families who requires similar assistance at home.

We hired a helper from Myanmar through “1 Care” for our uncle who had suffered a massive stroke and require a lot of assistance as he was unable to move the right side of his body. Our helper provided was kind and caring towards my uncle, she was also sweet towards the family members. Most important was she was ready to care for our uncle and the quality of her caregiving provided has far-exceeded even the expectation of the therapist.
