Excellent service from Elma @ Asia Manpower! We wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I had with Elma. Her dedication to providing top-notch services stood out among other agencies I've encountered. Not only did she excel in her responsibilities, but her insightful sharing added tremendous value to our employing experience. She perfectly and quickly helped us find a suitable helper. My husband and I are writing to express our sincere appreciation and commendation for the dedication and hardwork of your staff, Ms Elma Casilla in servicing us as clients of AMR Pte Ltd Ms Elma impressed us with her ability in handling the Agency’s foreign domestic workers (FDW) be it recruitment, conducting interviews, advising clients on the selection of potential FDW, counseling, etc . When we shared with her that our FDW was not able to continue working for us, she promptly sent us bio data of Fdws for our selection. Then she set up interviews for us to select a potential replacement and also offered to counsel the existing Fdw. Clearly, she demonstrates professionalism in her work. I had bad experiences with maids since my good one left. A good friend of mine recommended AMR Maids as hers was from them. The staff whom assisted me with the process was Naimah. However, when I fetched my helper, Naimah had left the organization and Sarah took over my case. I reached out to Sarah of some domestic issues and she quickly helped to have it resolved and hiring maids is not cheap. We drained out all of our funds and savings. What I can say, the experience with AMR Maids was extremely professional. Sarah took over and heard my woes and she assisted me from A-Z. Please keep up the good work. I will not hesitate to recommend Sarah from AMR Maids to my family and friends. Thank you Sarah! Your assistance rendered was greatlu appreciated. 🥰

Ms Rosmini from AMR Maids (Tampines branch) attended to me when I needed a maid to help me with the household chores and caregiving for elderly person. She was knowledgeable and efficient in the whole process & helped me get a suitable maid to meet my needs. Everything was done remotely and I only need to go in to her office once to sign the relevant documents, make payment & pick up the maid. Highly recommended.
