I would like to thank Beyond BiBik for their professional service! They never failed to assist us in finding us a helper that suit our needs and never fail to answer all our queries promptly as this is our first time getting a helper... A lot of knowledge and guidance was given by them since day1. Our helper has been great! It has been 3 weeks she join over and she had good rapport with my 14 mths old son.. and she did a great job in dealing housework co-currently with the scheduled task I gave her.She is really good in handling toddler... I hope that she will remain consistent throughout her contract and not only as a helper but also like a family to us . .. Beyond BiBik thank u for Ur great team effort and all Ur services!!

My family had the best experience with Beyond Bibik - went through with a 1st transfer helper followed by a replacement new hire due to some issues with the employee. The administrative process was systematic and well organised, the staffs online and offline were very helpful to provide solutions to the problems with the initial helper and the situation was well managed by Erni and her team from the start. The financial breakdowns was clearly explained to us. There is always someone that will assist us with any issue from the interview, up till where the helper arrives at our doorstep. There is an indonesian staff from Beyond Bibik that will help translate your English questions to the helpers. This help to ensure you get your point across and manage expectations with your potential helpers. As a first-timer, I bombarded them with many questions.
