Bliss Helper is a relatively new agency so I was a little skeptical at first, plus this is the first time I am hiring a helper. They provided very good service throughout, answering all my questions, filtering profiles, arranging interviews even at short notice. The deployment was really fast too. They provided 2 days training in SG on topics like baby care, i.e. showering, feeding, diaper change, hygiene, basic cooking, going to markets, taking public transport in sg. So even though I hired a fresh young helper from Myanmar, she already has some basic knowledge of how we do things in SG and has good attitude and pleasant personality too. My kids love her too. After deployment, they also maintain a WhatsApp support chat so that I can post any questions I have, including if I need help to translate my instructions. Definitely recommend to engage them!
