We had a very positive and professional experience with Contact Asia. They are prompt and clear on the process as well as providing good advise - They are honest , fair to the helper , lodging provided is of good size and cost , and importantly , was able to find several suitable transfers for our helper almost immediately .

Mr Lim & the team at Contact Asia were patient, experienced and gave me valuable advice throughout the entire process of application for my helper. Highly recommend “Contact Asia”! I needed an urgent helper replacement in Dec 23 as my previous helper ran away with her boyfriend after working 4 years for me. Mr Lim and his team quickly prioritized my case and arranged suitable candidates & online interview sessions. After a few rounds of selection, we confirmed our new helper Nge Nge! Contact Asia promptly performed all the necessary applications & arrangements so that my new helper can come over just before Jan 24 school reopens. It was a huge relieve for my family. Nge Nge has been a fantastic & hardworking helper who takes good care for my 3 kids, communicates well and she is also happily working here for the past 5 months. During her last MOM interview, they also told her she put on a few kilos after working here. She takes care of my family, so we also take good care of her.
