First time employing a helper to look after my mom. Shortlisted a few agencies according to their higher reviews. However, one seem not very experience, cannot give us the correct answers. Another didn’t get back to me even though I visited them and called in after to ask for the quotation. Others could not make it too, until I finally went to Early Bright. Only one pretty staff in the shop, but I later found out that she is the boss!. Sharon gave us all the answers we were looking for, provided good guidance and tips about getting a FDH. After leaving the shop, we were very sure that there was no need to go other agencies anymore. Even though Early Bright is a fairly new agency, Sharon is very experienced, patient, responsible, very organized and always response very fast. I got my FDW now and my family is very happy with her.
