Brelly setup a video call interviews the very next day with the profiles we selected. Throughout the process Brelly gave very detailed explanation and breakdown of their pricing. The paperwork processing was pretty fast we got everything done/approved within 1.5 weeks (over cny period) and the helper flew in 3 weeks later after our initial contact with the agency (we could get her in as early as 2 weeks but we didn’t want to rush). Just fetched our helper today and hopefully this will workout well. So all in all they are really fast and efficient, our initial contact with them was on 31/1/24 and our helper joined our family on 26/2/24! Thank you for helping to make hiring a helper a breeze during such difficult times. Updated: Been a month since our helper been with us and we are still happy with her and very blessed that she is willing and diligent to learn from the nurses and take care of my mom.
