Had been with the agent, Miss Sook Fun, for about 8 years in her service to provide me with Myanmar domestic workers. Her expertise in this field is excellent and I am very pleased and happy with her service for helping me find good helpers for my elderly parents.

Isabel listens carefully and understands in detail what my family situation needs from a helper (yes, we have a unique situation and many constraints). She is honest in telling us what we can expect based on our situation - a longer timeline and difficulty in matching all our requirements. What we did not expect was that she really kept our case in her mind and repeatedly search for available potential candidates that might match our needs. Once a potentially suitable candidate showed up, she was quick to act. As our requirements are unique, Isabel determines the potential candidate's suitability from all angles and then convey our situation to the potential candidate, checking on her willingness to handle the situation before Isabel even brings her up to our attention for interview. Isabel also tells us honestly what we can (and cannot) expect from the candidate and why she thinks this candidate will be good fit. She presents to us facts and snippets observed from the candidate to support her view, but otherwise did not influence us to make a decision. As it is, we had one interview and the match was great. Isabel handles the paperwork and backend matters promptly, and guide us carefully through the process. She replies to our messages as early as she can (even sometimes on her off days as it was urgent), and addresses our queries (even if they are silly ones) using real life situations. Overall, it was a surprisingly very pleasant experience and we are thankful to have Isabel support and help us through this journey.
