I would like to recommend ICS Company based on my past experience liaised with them for some professional HR & legal advices. Ms Tannie was the one whom I spoken to & coordinated with, she is very knowledgeable & works professionally. She was also very responsive & attentive to my concern matter whenever I approached her. Other than that, she will follow up again with me even after the assignment has been completed to ensure if I have any more issues on that matter or until the case has been resolved. The BEST agency ever!! They are very professional, supportive & responsive. While applying for EP, we were asked to submit additional documents by MOM(twice!) and also the process was dragged quite some due to pandemic, but then ICS was sooo helpful to proceed for the additional submission and really took care everything thought out the whole process. Would recommend ICS, Tannie Teh handled our case. Appeal for rejected EP was submitted on 27 Jun'19 and was approved on 16 Jul'19.
