Great experience with Hera. She been really prompt in replying and assisting for first time parents getting a maid . Baby was born 3 weeks earlier than expected and Hera helped to push the process 2 weeks ahead.

I contacted island maids on 3 june searching for a transfer helper . Sahina was very responsive and emailed me 3 biodata . As I was hospitalised I requested for video interview and selected 1 from mynmar . After asking about costs and other info , I asked Sahina if she can bring the helper I selected to hospital to meet me as I can then assess in person if she’s suitable . She brought helper to hospital on 7 June and I hired her immediately. Thereafter she submitted application with MOM and approval was received on 9 june and helper reported for work on 11 June .1 was impressed with sahina’s efficiency and speed in getting all done within 3 days, knowing I need helper urgently due to my illness . . She’s very professional. Big big STAR 🌟 to Sahina . I’ll highly recommend her to friends who are looking for helpers . Keep it up Sahina

Although my helper’s work permit took a long time to approve due to MOM and my special circumstances, we’re happy with our helper as she listens to us and follows instructions well and is looking after my baby very well. I went to the AMK branch & my agent, Gni, was friendly and accommodating. I went to at least 5 maid agencies around Katong and Bedok and Island Maids Bedok the only agency that follow-up closely and update me regularly base on my requirements for a Filipino maid. Miko is the service rep that serviced me and I just want to say she is the best and most responsible rep I have come across. She is extremely patient with me and provides excellent service in assisting me assess the shortlisted helpers. My new helper has now been with me for the past 1 month and I am very pleased with my selection as she is pro-active and hardworking, per my observation of her (I have engaged 4 other helpers for the past 15 years and the new helper the 5th one I have engaged).
