My family have been getting the help from JL recruitment to get a domestic helper for about 10 years. To date, Our experience is that whilst JL will always try their best to match and get us a domestic helper that meets our requirements at the point of selection, ultimately, frankly, it is still very much depends on the individual domestic helper herself (when onboard) that decides whether she is up to the job, which this is beyond JL recruitment (alike a teacher in class cannot ensure every student in class to be well-behaved when back at their own family). However, when untoward incidents happened (e.g. helper feeling homesick and feeling distress), JL recruitment will always come to our help, advised us on what to do, helped us to talk and counsel the helper. This is truly an example of good after sales service and this is also what kept us from always going back to JL recruitment to get a new helper once every 2 years when the contract with existing helper expires. In particular, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to lady boss Eileen and her staff Sonia (Pasir Ris branch), which both had helped us a lot. Sonia is an experienced, helpful and friendly staff who had helped us numerous times in terms of advising us in the selection of new helper and counselling our helper (at times when required).
