I first got to know JPB and Rose, 4 years ago, when we got our 3rd helper and I've never looked back since. Rose has been the main reason why I've recommended her to my friends and why I'll continue to get her help to look for helpers (in future). She provides excellent service both prior and during the engagement of helpers. In our case, for the former, she is able to provide insights and views to help with our decision making. As for the latter, Rose has taken care of our helper's renewal and home leave matters. The processes were a breeze to us as she took care of everything.

We have been using JBP Employment for more that 10 over years with our 2 helpers. We are quite pleased with the service being rendered to us. and recently, as I needed to find a helper (urgently) to care for my senior citizen relative, JPB offered advise on getting a transfer helper instead of a new one instead due to the time constrain. Good thing there was one helper available and we went ahead with the procedures. Throughout the process, they were fast and followed promptly, thanks to Rose(Bukit Timah Branch) who took the effort to help us all the way on getting our helper. We got our helper to come in within our expectation period. It was a pleasant experience.

I used JPB for many years, and the services provided by them is good. Recently, I hired a new maid from them, but having some communication issue, and Ms An Nyi was helping me to resolve the issue and I find her is effective and capable of handling the issue. My maid has since improving. Thanks Ah Nyi for great help.

Met Ahnyi in JPB to employ my ex-helper, she was with me for 4 years. After she left to go home last Dec, I got my second helper with JPB again. I would like to compliment JPB staff, Ahni for her prompt response and help whenever I need. She doesn’t hesitate to speak with my FDW when I need her to help me speak with, counsel or reiterate important issues to my helper. I feel supported when I engage my helpers from JPB. Their staff Ahn Yi is very responsive and helpful. She’s been giving me advice when I had a problematic helper. She listens to me patiently and offers solutions when I needed them. In general, we can’t control the quality of the FDW but at least when there’s issue, help is there.
