Update: Great PR team, swift investigation and response when it comes to public review. Revised the review rating from 1 to 3 star since it's so politely handled. But still, initial situation could have been handled better in terms of professionalism. Initial Rating: Enquiry sent regards to hiring a senior management role was only responded after 2 weeks. Reverted with a general rejection email that it's beyond their scope. Could have been managed better by at least checking with client the expectations / requirements before a straight rejection. Would not revisit or recommend Kerry Consulting given the long response time and disregard for sincere clients seeking hiring assistance.
