E. L.In a building which have tons of maid agency, I just felt at ease when I stepped into Labor express 8 yrs ago. Although I was served by few different staff since then, I must agree that they really train the staff well, attentive to our needs, matching us with their best available helper according to our situation. We were looking for a chinese speaking helper with patience looking after my mother. And she's still continue working with us till now, and recently we just renewed her work permit. Thanks to Labor Express, and credit to SK Ling who has been so patient with me whenever I have problem filling up the permit renewal form. Really fuss free. Thank you for reminding me every time before the contract is due.

P. T.I recalled I was looking for a replacement helper urgently when my previous one suddenly decided to go back to her homeland for good. I was recommended to Labour Express then by my sister whom had strongly recommened it due to their good services and training of domestic helper for her mother-in-law. I was served by Ms SK Ling when I approached the agency and SK carefully listens to our priority for domestic helper taking care of my old aged mum.
She was very attentive to our needs and extremely good in her customer services throughout our journey of engaging our current helper from Myanmar.

J. T.I have been using Labour express Bukit Timah for years , my loyalty stayed even when they relocated out of their old place in Jurong.
Sun has always been responsive to any enquires and follow up with all necessary measures that i don’t even need to have worries, months before permit expire, she would have all the paperwork and procedure ready be it a renewal permit or a new helper.

He always render excellent service in regardless when we called him for help and he always saved us in nick of help. Things abt him dat is commendable : firstly he take our concern seriously, advise us on domestic issue, knowledgeable on MoM regulations, get us the most suitable maid for our needs and Provide extra mile service. Thou there’s always problems that arises, a call to Kevin pretty much enlighten you on how to handle the situation, in some cases, he talked to the helper and get them to understands the situation. h. l.I received Mr Kevin's service for the first time in Feb17 for a maid to look after my mom. It's nothing but a great encounter to have engaged his service for he'd gone that extra miles. He helped me to prepare docu necessary for my mom's new application for welfare when those docu needed were out of his job scope as an agent to help me source for a maid. And an added bonus when the Indonesian maid sourced, Sur, has been a great helper. Although Sur is leaving employment soon to return to her family, I trust Mr Kevin will help find a good replacement for my mom.
As a matured employer, I understand that there is always a "luck factor" in searching for the right candidate for a maid in need.
Even though the employment of a Myanmar maid for my mother-in-law in Aug18 through Mr Kevin had been nothing but a topsy turvy ride as I had to return that irresponsible maid to him in slightly more than 24h, my frustration then did not waver my confidence in him to get me another helper soonest. I'm thankful Mr Kevin didn't leave me in the lurch and was fair in waiving certain charges. Although this replacement maid doesn't perform to my expectation, I've since learnt to live with her ability and work performance.

J. Y.We are a new family in Singapore and we urgently need a Filipino maid. My first experience in finding a Filipino maid from another agency was very bad. Then I switched to Labor Express after seeing the advertisement.
The person who received me was Calvin Adam, who gave me good and attentive service. When I was waiting for nearly two months to submit the documents, the Filipino maid in the Philippines said that she did not want to come to Singapore. I was extremely anxious at that time...
