My family's experience with Raymond Maids was a very positive one. Given our helper then had been with the family for over 12 years before she chose to retire, it was not the most straightforward of requests to find an appropriate replacement. However, I'd have to say that Matthew and his team were more than up to the task. The team took into account our needs/requirements, was prompt in their responses to any queries we had and, despite the added challenge of a global pandemic, was extremely efficient in helping my family secure an appropriate helper. The helper has been with us for over 7 months now and everyone in the family, including my mother who is the hardest to please, has been very satisfied with her. Highly recommended to any families looking to hire a domestic helper.
