It was my first time approaching summit agency to hire a helper. The whole process from start to end was great! Miss Marlyn was responsive and went the extra mile to find me the perfect helper based on all my requirements! I am so thankful for her for helping us to find my current helper, she is GREAT!! All throughout the process has superb service. Ms grace specially is very approachable and reliable when it comes to our questions as first time employers. She has able to provide us options how to proceed with our current timeline and setup. She is very helpful even during the times that the pass has been rejected multiple times because of more info required but she did not give up and boost our morale that everything will be fine. I have doubts of including agency at first in the process initially but after all the assistance and help from summit maid agency, it is definitely one of the greatest decision we had when hiring maid. Way back 2021 when i started to looked for an employment agency whom i can rely on to help me to find an employer who suits my expectation. Professional and prompt service provided by the maid agency. Owners were very nice and super helpful and allowed me to interview personally the applicants. Helper we hired is well trained (can cook well, clean the house, buy at wet market). Summit maid has also been proactive on helping with helper's insurance renewal and home leave application. First of all, I'm not going to share a review on the summit agency, I just want to share a short story about how I get my employer now, throwback year 2015 month of December it's really hard to find an employer, among the 3 agencies I applied to but this because many employers are out and on vacation, so my third choice is the summit agency, I only have 14 days left to find an employer. But then the second time I went back to the agency, there were only a few bosses, but one of the people I talked to said there was a boss who was looking for a Pinay and a French first baby born boy. I'm going to grab it now so I can't choose because my wp will be cut soon so then I went to the interview 2x times well I was lucky in 3 interviews and so far they are nice im 7 yrs in service with them sb I'm not going to change my employer anymore😊 and with the help of the summit agency, I've been there until now and every time I'm on vacation in the Philippines, there's some emergency leave to process my papers and facilitate my flight. Regards to Sir John, I'm always here there at the embassy to process my papers ...thank you very much summit agency i found a nice boss ,.....😊😊😊😊
