Sweet Home Agency has been really helpful throughout the whole process of hiring my new helper. Our family was in a stressful situation where our previous helper suddenly wanted a transfer and Sweet Home Agency had responded to all my inquires regarding the transfer and getting a new helper promptly. I personally would like to thank Muna for her support in finding a suitable helper for me and my family. She was really helpful, friendly, and efficient in her work and communication. Had the most wonderful experience with Sweet Home Employment as Aliyah my agent did everything and answers my queries to the best as compared with my previous agency. I do not need to bother about anything administrative at all. All is done or explain to me what I need to authorise or provide that is all. My helper is also a gem and really felt glad I got Aliyah as my agent who helped me even after 1 year plus when I encounter issue with my helper at Malaysia custom!
