When i first searched the website for agency, Eden Grace stands out with its strong rating from MOM website. I was further convinced when I started my search for helper with Eden Grace. Yvonne was the assigned sales personnel to handle my request and i was impressed with her service. She is prompt in her response in terms of arranging the interviews with the helpers I have shortlisted and answering all the 101 queries that I have via Whatapps. I also like the fact that the interviews were not orchestrated as I just called them at my convenience and there was no planned time. From the time I paid the deposit till finally having the helper at our place, it has been a breeze. Yvonne, Rhea and team have been prompt providing the updates. Thank you so much once again for the amazing experience.

From our 1st general enquiry, Yvonne and her team were quick in responding back, understanding my needs, providing helper resumes which suit our needs, setting up video interviews, promptly responded to my questions and concerns throughout the process, especially with all the changes/challenges related to Covid-19. Having worked with many maid agencies in the past, I must say Eden Grace are professional. They match employer’s requirements as closely as they can based on the maids’ experience. Yvonne, in particular was responsive, meticulous and patient. She sat the maid with me at our first meeting to ensure that queries are clarified for both parties. It is also reassuring to know that Eden Grace provide follow up visits as well as weekend programs for the helpers to come together.

At first glance, Eden-Grace may seem like a slightly pricey choice. However, the excellent service and overall experience more than makes up for the price. Eden Grace is a responsible agency. Helpers are trained well and know what to expect, hence the rate of maids needing to be sent home is lower. The roles of employers aren't sugar-coated so we are realistic in what is expected of us. Good aftercare service. Eden-Grace will continue to follow-up with the helpers and employers after placement. This is very assuring to both parties.

Yvonne, Eden Grace Tampines had been very helpful to find a helper during COvid Period despite the extremely tight measures to import FDW. Yet she and her team had made it happened! On top of this, she also tried to find a replacement family for the previous helper, although the previous helper choose to return to her hometown, but Yvonne and her team had put in extra mile to help another helper from another agency.
