I recently hired a helper TJM Employment Agency through Mr. Ho to assist my aunt, and I’m extremely impressed with his service provided. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Mr. Ho took his time to understand my aunt's specific needs, including the type of help required. As a first time Employer. From selection to problem solving. There is almost nothing that I need to worry on. There is no hidden charges, all charges are transparent and affordable. There is a time where I complain about my new maid to him. He listened to my 15mins complain, told me OK and put down the phone🙄. When l am still thinking of what to do next? My helper phone rang and i could see Mr Ho and his Overseas Agent on the screen. He uses very very simple English to rephrase my problem, asking the OA to translate to her.
