Great ambience, set up was nice. Price is a bit steep but the facilities there are not bad. But I’ve been to other places like Cozyplace and 4play, and hideout had the least clean couches there was to offer. I was wearing shorts and a shirt but the body parts exposed to the couch were covered with hives and I kept itching throughout the session. My partner who doesn’t have a dust mite allergy was also itching all over and had to take Zyrtec at home because he kept sniffing at all the dust. I’m not even going to mention the cloudy stains on the couch, but it took me 2 days with eating Telfast to fully recover from the ordeal. My eyes were swollen too and the hives has still not recovered even after 2 days. I’m only talking about the hygiene because otherwise, the ambience is great, they offer a huge variety of board games too

Room and sittings are great to chill in the evening as a couple or with friends, can bring your own food in the room (but they are providing some drinks and snacks as well)! Enjoyed the board games and watching Netflix there! Price is also reasonable 👍

It was my first time booking a room at HOP to enjoy an online concert livestream with my friend and I was honestly surprised by the cleanliness and coziness of the room. Really enjoyed our time spent there given the privacy and bonus points for the ability to screencast from my laptop to their projector. The staff I chatted to via WhatsApp and the female staff on shift at their Clarke Quay outlet were both very friendly too.

I loved the aesthetics of the room, and the amenities such as cushions and sofas were certainly comfortable. Also appreciated that there were free drinks and snacks provided. Will come back again!

We are so in love with this Hide Out Place! Clean environment & friendly service. Highly recommended! It was our first time coming here (Belated Valentine's Day Out), My spouse & myself had a good quality time watching our favorite shows together. We have been to another place similar but I would still prefer Hide Out Place! :) Let me list the things why! • Friendly Service (Makes you feel welcome) ⭐ • Kids & Family-friendly environment (Private movie studio | Insta-worthy spot | Tik Tok | Board Games | Friends Day Out | Birthday | Anniversary etc) • Affordable price • Brand new room slippers are provided • HD projector screening (Netflix, Youtube, etc) • Fresh clean rooms (We almost fall slept) • Interesting board games (Both kids & adults would enjoy) • Free snacks provided! (You can bring your food & drinks too, Just remember to keep the room clean) • Most importantly! Thankfully the aircon is not at a fixed temperature. It's individual in each room & it can be adjusted! (We remember dying in cold at another place where we were unable to adjust the temperature) 🤣 This is our genuine feedback ❤️ We would find a day to come here again with our friends & family. Nice place to hang out for a movie. Selection of snacks and drinks was few. Customer service was good. I asked for blanket and they left one for me. Price was abit steep but seeing there isn't alot of customer, I understand the price to keep afloat. It offers a good concept

The private movie studio provided an immersive and intimate atmosphere and high-resolution projections that far exceeded industry average. The comfort and privacy were exceptional. The Hideout Place team was outstanding, assisting us throughout with warmth and professionalism. Our party was a hit, leaving my guests raving about the unique experience. For a memorable celebration or a superior movie night, I highly recommend Hideout Place. Thanks to them, my birthday was nothing short of extraordinary!

Had a great experience here at hide out! Service was really great 👍🏽 staff were super friendly and nice. Rooms were cosy and spacious. Everything worked pretty well. Toilet could be improved but other than that everything was amazing!! Would definitely recommend
