A wedding event organizer who delivered per promise. We wanted a simple wedding hence our deco request is quite minimal (welcome sign, reception area, solemnization setup, flowers for dining tables). Not sure if that was the reason we did not get prompt replies from other companies but Rosette has been prompt in their replies and is helpful in answering any doubt we have the past few months. The whole process is pretty hassle free. At the start we had a zoom call to discuss the design concept (it was a useful call with good advice from Rosette). After that, we received a proposal of how the deco will look like. On the actual day, there was no hiccup at all and we are very pleased with the decorations especially the reception area and the lovely fresh flowers (they are still doing well close to one week after). There are many things to manage for a wedding but I think Rosette helped alleviate the stress of venue deco for me. Professional deco setup comes with professional price but quality comes with it as well. I loved the overall feel of the deco which matched what I wanted.

We engaged Rosette to plan our wedding in a short timeframe of about 3 months. The Rosette team was amazing and special thanks goes out to Vivienne, a superstar who planned and executed a day which ran so smoothly. She is friendly, vivacious and very professional at her job - always quick to respond, very practical in her suggestions and above all very supportive and protective of her clients. I had some hiccups with makeup and the hotel and Vivienne stepped in right away to try and sort it all out. She truly gives 110% and we received nothing but compliments from guests who noticed her friendly and efficient figure (along with the rest of the Rosette team) running the day.

Excellent wedding coordination team, led by Vivienne. On top of all the details and good management of stressful situations. Took the time to learn Punjabi and Scottish traditions so they could seamlessly run the events. I found their design team to be lacking inspiration, and often had to rely on ourselves for the planning. That being said, the final execution was generally good, save that they could have better reacted to fixing design flaws on the day itself, rather than accepting them.

Our guests were very impressed by the team’s service and attention to details! Hellen gave us suggestions on what we can include as part of the deco and I have to say, we received a lot of compliments, especially for our photo gallery! Vivienne and her team who is overseeing the actual day coordination was very on the ball and everything went very smoothly! My friend who was giving a speech that day mentioned that that she was very nervous and Vivienne actually tried to calm her down before she went onstage. A little effort goes a long way! Rosette was a delight to work with from start to finish. The team was very helpful and reliable; you can definitely trust them with your wedding decor. I liked how everything was fuss free. I only had to tell them what I wanted and they were able to deliver. The floral arch at my outdoor solemnization was so beautiful and exceeded all expectations. Our guests were full of praises. We have randomly chanced upon Rosette’s profile from google search when we needed wedding planners. Honestly our wedding wouldn’t have been this smooth and fun without them! From their website to the many zoom calls to wedding preparations and follow ups and rehearsals, to the last day of settlements, it was all such a smooth flow working with Rosette’s team. They took a little while (think a mth or 2) to get back to my online enquiry but I’m glad I still gave it a go despite a big delay because the moment we spoke to Hellen who was 1st person to get in touch with me, I instantly knew she was the right person. Hellen is professional, friendly, attentive to details, not pushy on the ideas she has but instead giving us ideas based on our preferences. We felt instantly comfortable with her and working with her has been a joy. After our confirmation on engagement with them, they provided us with templates and the whole workflow of what to prepare before and on the day of wedding. Winston was the next person who took on the planning stage and followed up with us based on each timeline. We felt instantly confident when Winston took on as he was very clear of his job scope and what to prepare. Both of us are very occupied with work but Winston helped us offload some of the works and provided more than the support we thought I could ask for. Both Winston and Hellen were present during meetings with our hotel planner and were always on top of the plan - especially Winston has shown a lot of his strengths here we couldn’t feel be more thankful to have them through the whole process. On the day if the wedding, they came early to help prepare and everything was well organised and smooth! We are both most happy to engage Rosette for our wedding and genuinely will recommend Rosette’s team to any couples who need guidance and assistance in organising their wedding like us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you both Hellen and Winston for being such amazing planners we never thought we needed but been most grateful entrusting our big day in your hands. We engaged Rosette for our wedding day coordination as we did not want to trouble our friends to help out as bridesmaids and groomsmen! And it turned out exactly like what we had hoped for, our friends all commented that they had fun and were relaxed during our AD. We felt like every dollar spent to engage Rosette was well spent~ Jermine and team were the MVPs of our wedding! Their service was beyond our expectations, they helped me hold my dress, fix my bouquet, and settled other miscellaneous/last min admin tasks on the AD, on top of excelling at their core job scope. Kudos to Hellen and team for executing the decoration so beautifully on our wedding day! Hellen and team were well aware of our budgeting and constraints and they tried to work within the budget / acceptable range, which my husband and I truly appreciate! The team also came early to set up on the actual day, and ensure that the flowers are transported to the lunch reception from church without any hiccups. They've been such a joy to work with especially planning a wedding during this pandemic. We had to postpone our wedding twice and they were very understanding. On the day itself, the team was extremely efficient and the decor turned out so much better than what we expected. Hellen and her team really delivered. We had our wedding in quite a "boring" chinese restaurant but her decor really lifted the place. It blew everyone away, the guests, the wedding coordinator, our family, and us.
