We are immensely grateful for our experience at one of the finest wedding venues in Singapore. The venue itself is breathtaking, and the service exceeded our expectations. Doreen Sng our wedding coordinator did an exceptional job coordinating every aspect of our celebration, from planning through to execution. Even in the big and small details she did it all. After the wedding, she continued to remain attentive and supportive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We are truly thankful to her for helping us bring our dream wedding to life! 🙏🏻🥹❤️

No one requested me to write this review but this is so well deserved. Watabe management reading this. Our wedding coordinator Serene should get a promotion and pay raise. Couples considering whether to for Chjimes as their venue should consider not just the beauty of the venue but the professionals that come as the package with it, and this is sooo important for your wedding (some 6 stat hotel venues do not even provide a wedding coordinator). Getting a good wedding planner is the difference between making or breaking your wedding. My husband and I are both utterly impressed by Serene since day 1 and through post wedding. And trust me my husband is rarely impressed :) Serene is such an amazing project manager. She is perfectionist, detailed oriented, extremely professional and experienced. Before D-day: we bombarded with soooo many questions, all over the place almost every day. And she did not miss any and never showed any signs of stress irritation (despite having so many other weddings to manage). We had only 2 months to plan our wedding and could not make up our minds on many things eg table arrangements. And she could give such smart recommendations to each detail eg, dance floor spacing, size, start and end point for best photo taking lighting. She always had an answer to everything. This saved us sooo much time in doing our own research and thinking. D-day: I was late by 1.5 hours due to programme before arriving Chjimes. I was in such stress and frenzy. Yet once we reached Chjimes with Serene, and her impeccable time management, she magically puts the event right back on schedule not a programme missed or late. She is such a gem and support. I even had an additional unexpected guest arriving, and she somehow manage to get extra seating and meal for him together with his plus one. This really saved our embarrassment. What surprised me was that her service even include arranging my 3m veil and dress at all times to make sure nothing is out of place. And that i look beautiful at all times. I thought i had to engage my maid of honor to help with this task but she covered it professionally. Overall my husband and I felt we were in such safe hands for our wedding. This is immense in lifting the load of organising a wedding in 2 months. And having to look at all details ourselves.

I recently held my wedding with Watabe Weddings a month ago during this covid-19 situation. During this period, there was alot of changes and uncertainty. It was quite tough and stressful getting things together, in a short period of time. My wedding coordinator was Vicki Pun. Everything was well managed and explained clearly. She was helpful in many ways, checking all the covid rules for the dos and don'ts and the challenging questions we threw at her. She was also accommodating to our many requests. Overall the wedding was a great one and my guests enjoyed themselves. I would recommend Vicki anytime and give Vicki a pay raise.

My fiancé and I were amazed by the service provided by wedding coordinator Serene. We were in the midst of sourcing out wedding venues, and CHIJMES Hall was one of our preferred venue due to its grand infrastructure and tinted glass art on its' walls. We met up with wedding coordinator Serene on 10th December 2022 for a site visit and to find out more details on the wedding package. Serene is pleasant, professional and detail-oriented. We were intrigued by the wedding package that was offered to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet the minimum number of guests stated in their criteria. However, Serene has left us a deep impression since that day and we think she deserves a compliment. We will recommend Serene to our fellow bride-to-bes if they ever consider CHIJMES Hall and Watabe Wedding as their venue vendor!
