GOOD TRAINERS, THOUGHT WELL. CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. Friendly and welcoming employees. But. Management is abit slow for replies Otherwise good company Just abit rough on the edges

They do sign a bond with you, but that I believe is fair enough as they then work with you on long term goals, and spend thousands of dollars on training you for the next skills to acquire that may not be necessary today for you to do your job, but will be helpful to prove your worth for the next promotion.
