Best Car Rental Company I came across. All staffs are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The deposit amount very reasonable and the best there's no upfront rental which is a big help for phv drivers to start. Very fast paperwork processed plus free first day rental. Jenny was by far the most professional in terms of her customer service that I have ever come across. I would like to extend my appreciation to Steve whom is my sales consultant to my purchase of my Passat. Steve is really a very enthusiastic and transparent sales consultant whom really do his best to meet my needs (e.g. loan). I have purchased the car for about 2 weeks ago and only today writing this review because I have just completed my complimentary car wash by the company. Usually other company, when they have sold the car, they wouldn't care about the after service. However, golden charter make their promise after 2 weeks, I still have my complimentary car wash.
