I have recently applied for Citibank credit card via SingSaver and I missed out the reward redemption date by a week as the email went into my junk mail. At the moment I read the email, I have immediately reach out to their customer services for help by dropping them an email and Jaryll, the customer service team, revert back the next morning to assist me to appeal and seek extension for the redemption of the gift. I'm very impressed by their speedy response time and service to their customer as most of the services provider usually revert back within 5-7 working days and is not helpful in resolving the queries/difficulty faced. Besides the amazing deals and promotions offered by SingSaver which you may get it from other service provider, this make them stands out from the cloud. I would highly recommend SingSaver to all my friends!

They do a great job of writing personal finance articles, I have learnt alot of their site. Their credit card promotions have also been really attractive, which has prompted me to sign up for one. The reward claiming process is a little long-drawn though, and I had to check multiple times for the progress - which created some anxiety. ARN - 10284567525639360 Update- today 6th oct 2024... they told like if I can change my gift preferences from Dyson to shoppe voucher. Agreed during Aug.. now it's almost October... nothing deliverer yet !!! Update 2: finally 8th oct 2024 received my shoppe voucher. Uff .. anyhow thanks to singsaver for finally deliver my gift. A word of advice to anyone else using Singsaver: check all your junk emails, spam emails. If you did not receive any reply or notification within 1 month, start messaging Singsaver customer service team every 2-3 weeks, don't wait according to their website information on the expected delivery date. Please practice these if you want to avoid potential frustrations and disputes.

Applied for a HSBC credit card through singsaver, which come with free gift, last year. After the whole application and completed the whole processes, it was quiet for a few months. At first I thought that most probably it is just a gimmick and there will not be any response from singsaver. Who knew that last month, I suddenly received an email stating that I can redeem the free gift. Still didn't believe but I went ahead to queue up to try. And yes, I did manage to redeem the item. Even after I have redeemed, Singsaver will still send email to remind me to collect if I have not done so. Singsaver honoured what they stated in the promotion. Thank you very much.
