Order Flower Addict's wedding bouquet and boutonnière for my wedding. Their customer service answered all my enquiries via instagram dm and their online store pretty easy to navigate. Was delivered early on the date of delivery and their packaging are nice and thoughtful. Even a "vase" to keep the bouquet fresh.

Called in the morning to ask if they had anything small and simple for gifting and they hooked me up with the freshest looking roses. Came down to purchase it on the same day for a date I had, and the gf was so pleased with it. Thank you very much, I will definitely be making future flower purchases with this place ♥️🙏🏼

I was ordering flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day but unfortunately, on their website, I was only able to select a date for 3 days AFTER Mother’s Day. Tried the bouquet option for a month as a trial(2x biweekly) first delivery was amazing,a good portion of the flowers lasted until the next delivery. The second delivery was very disappointing. The main flowers were these super tacky white flowers that was soaked in blue dye to give it that artificial neon blue, and the secondary main were yellow roses that lasted all of 3 days and wilted. So now I’m left with a bunch of greens and very few accompanying flowers. Main disappointment is still the cheap neon blue ones which I threw away as soon as we got them. On top of that, they forgot to give me flower food and when I called to ask they first questioned if I looked in the bag and told me to check if I dropped it on the floor (i was calling to give feedback and let them know they forgot). They said they would send some in the next few hours but never did.

For the past 7 years that I am sending flowers to my wife (gf before) every Valentine's day, I must say.. this is the best bouquet of roses at S$100 in terms of flower quality, arrangement, and paper for presentation. It has a water supply in its packaging and it even comes with flower food (in powder form). The only negative thing I found with them is, they don't give you an update if the flowers were completely delivered. No email, sms or whatsapp notification.
