It was very personal and pleasant to be chatting with someone who could advise on the choices available. I really love the arrangement. From the King Protea to the Painter's Palette, the attention to this arrangement was perfect. I've been ordering from Petite Fleur since 3 years ago. Almost every memorable occasion spent with my wife has their masterwork involved. Maybe comparing to those several hundred dollars' bouquets, this looks not that magnificent. However, I feel reminiscent and warm everytime when I saw my purchases. There was one time I tried another flower store which majors Japanese style. Yeah I admit the design was gorgeous and soothing, but the pungent chemical smell foooolked my nose up. Then I let rubbish bin enjoy it.:) So far I have no similar experience with Petite Fleur. Give it a shot. Just one reminder, their delivery is quite unstable due to overwhelming orders. Either pay extra money or talk to their team before placing order.

Ordered a bridal bouquet ($159) and loose flowers for hair ($20) from Petite Fleur. I am really happy with the price because other established florists have their bouquets priced as high as $230-280. Kudos to the customer service team because I sent them many photos as a reference on how I wanted my bouquet to look like and they managed to customise it successfully for me. On the day the flowers were delivered to my place, the staff checked with me whether the arrangement was ok. They were very receptive to my feedback and they were happy to make amends. As for the loose flowers, I was originally handed big flowers which were not too elegant, so I requested for them to find some smaller flowers, which they did. Overall I’m really happy with how fuss-free and accommodating the staff were. I felt that I was extremely supported during my bridezilla period. Would definitely order from Petite Fleur again! :)

Will never write a review, but Petite Fleur really pulled through and it was the least expected, considering how ratings here are on two extreme ends. I went to them anyway because it was convenient and they were the only ones who replied me promptly (so much for bigger, more popular florists). My requirements were quite simple, but also very specific. I wanted a lot of roses, in no special arrangement, and they had to reach at a specific time and place... WHICH THEY DID!! I’ve had more renowned florist deliver up to 2 hours late/ early. A delivery man once asked me to lie to the florist too, for a mistake on their part. Simply put, if you know what you want, these guys will deliver. Communicate!!
