Beautiful packages/bouquets but I was sorely disappointed in the delivery service and follow-up. I ordered a Classic Vino Gift Box for one my closest friends to surprise her and ask her if she'd agree to be my principal bridesmaid at my wedding, but they delivered it WITHOUT the card and thus my friend received the gift box completely clueless and this then became a really bad, failed surprise. (In fact she only found out who it was from via the INVOICE) If I had wanted it to be card-less I would have just sent a bunch of flowers without a note and texted her to ask myself. The worst part was when I called them, they said they'll check with the driver and let me know asap, but I had to call them myself after 15 minutes to which they said they could not get ahold of the driver. I was majorly upset because I spent that amount of money wanting it to be perfect or at least trust that the vendor can adapt quickly and find a solution to a mistake on their part. Anyway, they've re-sent the card within 2 hours, so good on them!
