All Saints was our first and only call for funeral arrangements, when our dear sister passed away on the 4th November 2024. My family and I are greatful to them for making the entire process seamless and easy for us during our bereavement. Daniel and his team did a wonderful job with a tender touch. The pastor they requested for us, Reverend Daniel, also did a good sending off Christian prayers for our sister Hannah. Thank you All Saints for your wonderful effort, in some ways alleviating our grief a little.

I recently had the difficult task of arranging a direct to cremation service for our late father, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the compassionate support we received from Daniel and his team. From our first contact through WhatsApp, the staff showed genuine care and understanding, guiding us through every step with professionalism and empathy. The attention to detail in planning our express service was exceptional. They honored our wishes beautifully, creating a memorable tribute that truly reflected the life of our loved one. Daniel Wong was very sensitive, helpful and thoughtful from our first phone communication when my dad was still in the ICU. He was very clear in explaining to us what to prepare. In our grief and helpless mental state, Daniel and his team were professional and efficient. With their valuable support and constant attendance at the wake and the day of the funeral, we were able to honor Dad's life in a beautiful and dignified manner. If you are looking for a caring and professional undertaker, please do not look any further, go with Daniel and his team as they will make sure all the arrangements from start to end go seamlessly and smoothly, leaving you with no surprises of costs or hiccups.

I want to thank the All Saints team led by Daniel Wong who were empathetic, professional, kind and thoughtful while supporting us for our mother's funeral. They look care of everything from start to finish and communicated each step of the way. They knew of our preferences for a certain wake location and did their utmost best to secure it, despite the late night timing. At the end of the funeral, I was presented with a consolidated bill with breakdowns. This was really useful as I did not have to pay the various service providers separately, while attending the mourners.
