Engaged flying home after my dad passed away suddenly while overseas. We were looking for local providers with Japanese contacts and were lucky to come across Flying Home to help our family during this period. Kathi and his team worked around the clock to give us valuable information, liaising with both Singapore and Japan funeral services to expedite the repatriation of my father in a timely and professional way. As this happened over the festive period, the way the team worked 24/7 to liaise with the family and their local agents to deliver timely and accurate information made the process seamless. Our experience with them was very positive from the initial contact to the planning of the funeral. All the documents and certifications (there are alot!!) were handled by them and given to us safely and securely. Hope no one will have to go through what we went through but grateful for the service that Flying home provided.
