I have purchased a full grain leather sofa from Casa Italy. We were served by the factory manager Geoffrey who is very good in letting us know about the product detail. After placing the order, I have made a request to reschedule the delivery time. The sale manager MK is very prompt in responding my request. Thanks for the good service I have received from them. Not to forget about the sofa with very nice design and good quality.

Bought a sofa & it will be my first & last purchase with Casa Italy. Requested for (a) no brand label to stitch to sofa (salesperson told me likely cannot due to warranty but will inform factory to stitch label at the back of sofa instead), (b) 4-inch legs but to fix 1-inch further in than usual standard for safety reasons as legs are designed outwardly, would want to prevent toes-stubbing incidents. #1: When the sofa arrived, the label is stitched prominently on right-front of arm rest & the sofa legs are 1 inch only! The delivery staff asked me to contact salesperson as they only do delivery. The salesperson told me that the label must be stitched for purpose of 5 years warranty (he didn’t inform me prior to that) & will arrange for legs to be fixed. #2: Two days later, I was in a work meeting, the salesperson & delivery staff texted & called me if I’m home as they are coming to fix the sofa legs. I told them it is too last minute because nobody is at home & arranged for them to come two days later. I got my mum to be around that day as I have to work. #3: On that day itself, the staff came within the agreed timing but they almost fix some not in ideal condition sofa legs (rusty, abit dented, bits of coatings coming off kind) which my mum saw and got the staff to change to more acceptable ones. When I got home, I realized the sofa is rather high up, and I went to measure the legs, those are 5 inch legs not 4 inch! 😮‍💨 Feeling disappointed, I decided not to go back to them for further follow up. Bought sofa legs from Shopee (they really got everything under the sun!) & will try to find help to change the sofa legs. The salesperson did apologize for the inconvenience. Nonetheless, I hope the company can look into improving the above lapses for better customer experience.
