Came here last Tuesday to get a new sofa and Grace was very helpful. I fell in love with the Korus sofa and bought it right away at a very good price. It was delivered two days later and my relatives and friends really love it. Although it is a three seater, it can actually sit 5 ppl comfortably! The headrest is adjustable and really at the right height to support the head. The depth of the seats are deep enough to support the knees too. We even had freebies like cushions and leather cleaner and protector! Totally recommend this store!

Went to Cellini showroom - 10 Tagore Drive to view our dinning table and sofa . The sale person Lawance was patience with our enquiry and because of his good products knowledge, he managed to convince us to purchase Kay Quartz Top Dining Table (1.8M) With 2 Henry Chairs And 1 Henry Bench and 3 seaters Sho Motorised Leather Recliner Sofa With High Backrest And Touch Sensors. The quality and sleek design of the furniture gave our home a luxury feel and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Lawance also gave us free beans bag , leather protector and cushions for our purchase. Many thanks to Lawance once again for helping us out via video call when I had trouble connecting the wire of the motorized sofa. PS: Thank U to Suntec Team for providing us the chair rubber strut for free when we feedback that our dinning chair’s rubber came off due to wear and tear.

Overall Cellini sales process is a pleasant one, sales was friendly and knowledgeable about their product. Range of furniture is also pretty comprehensive. We got a sofa from Cellini, the quality & build was solid and the various setup options provided a lot of flexibility for buyers. Delivery process was also smooth - Cellini fulfilment team was on time and does repeated checks days and weeks before delivery date that gave much assurance to buyers. The only concern is the quality control & post customer service - see enclosed - the production flaw was rather obvious and was allowed to be delivered to customers. Maybe because the model was a mass market model. But if true, this also speak volume of the business ethic. Warranty service team was also professional and prompt, however for production flaw like this, it required the affected sofa to be shipped back for partial replacement of the affected leather which means loss of use as well as implicit risk of damage associated with rework and movement of furniture within the house which might not be covered by the warranty. Overall, the production team needs to tighten their quality control to avoid customers frustration, which negatively impacted the good name the brand has built over the years.

Eileen Yeo was extremely helpful in answering our queries regarding exact measurements for the furniture we were getting (sofa, dining bench and bed frame), delivery and installation, warranty etc. She also went above and beyond in helping us get the best possible price, with free gifts to boot. Highly recommended. For the furniture, the sofa (Korus) is wonderful; it feels absolutely luxurious, looks stunning and has headrests with adjustable angles. The Flex Bench feels very comfy after upgrading the seat to leather. Overall, we're very pleased with Cellini and Eileen 👍

She was very patient and helpful in helping us pick them out - even going to the extent of bringing the fabric swatches out in the sun so that we can make our decisions. Late last year (2020) we made our 1st visit to the showroom at Tagore Drive. The store was well laid out and there were refreshments too. However, what made our visit memorable was the courteous service provided by Ms Eileen Yeo. Her product knowledge was very good and she recommended the bedroom set and mattress that would be most suitable for our needs. And although we did not intend to buy our sofa from the store, we found Eileen's service so endearing that we bought a sofa set too. What's more remarkable was the after sales service she continued to render promptly upon request. As a family we are very impressed with her and I am sure my children will continue to be Eileen's customers when they start furnishing their own homes. Well done Eileen! Cellini should be very proud of a salesperson like you.

No official parking at building. Parking lots reserved for building staff. However security guard was kind enough to allow kerbside parking at the end. Showroom wise was very meh. Basically same table top of different sizes displayed with variety of different chairs. Nothing interesting. Left in 15mins. Service staff was good and knowledgable.
