Had a fantastic experience working with Hayley and Zae! They provided tasteful and honest recommendations (even when we didn’t see eye to eye at first, haha). Our dining set and lights look stunning! Even before getting the keys to our first home, we’ve been eyeing key pieces from Etch&Bolts for the longest time. We were (and still are!) stoked about our entire experience with E&B. In comparison to other retailers on our shortlist, the customisability options that were offered were truly unparalleled. In hindsight, being impressed by the options found on their web store felt like we were just skimming the surface of potential. It was only after making the trip down to their showroom that was the real game changer for us. The variety on display gave us a deeper grasp of what qualities we wanted in our furniture. The customisability options also helped refine our initial ideas - Which is something you will never get from mass produced furniture with limited options. We bought 6 dining chairs fm etch and bolt. There was a minor issue with one of the chairs . The staff and technician who came to address the issue were efficient and friendly . They offered advice on care of the fabric. We are very pleased with service provided .

Good experience as we custom ordered 2 tables. The size was quite large so we were quite particular with the specs - Justin from etch & bolt was quite helpful with this. It all came out to our satisfaction. It helped that we were not in any rush for the tables though. Be prepared for it to take awhile for the final product to be delivered and adequate lead time is best.

MEOWWWWWW…….Hidden away in Little Road - nice to visit for furniture n accompanying accessories - retro or contemporary or avant-garde. Somewhat quaint shop with a nice variety of dining chairs, settees, sitting room sets, sofas, lounge chairs, bar stools, couches etc- a nice mix of all varieties with made to order variation too. Shop is also packed with nice cute accessories for all rooms and it’s patrolled by the owner’s feline neko chan bodyguards who lounge around all over the place!! Worth a visit for sure but be ready to spend time as many Knick knacks to ponder over!

Had a customised coffee table ordered from Etch&Bolts. The staff, Justin and his team took effort in drafting out the 2D image. Great experience with Justin in customizing our 2.8m Infinity slab dining table! Excellent service and nice table. Just a note about the steel legs - it’s hard to place chairs where the legs are and as a result the dining chairs couldn’t be evenly spaced out. Also the steel legs are hollow and can be noisy when you kick it.

We are returning customers who had bought our dining set from the store 3 years back. The original marble dining top was hard to maintain due to the material we had chosen, so we decided to replace it. We were lucky to have met Hayley from the store, even though we were mentally prepared to replace the whole set but she suggested that we could just replace the table top with a quartz top. That really save our day (and money too)! She was also very patient with our questions and requests. We will definitely come back again for her service when we are getting our next piece of furniture.

Great experience all round. Staff were friendly and very informative. Spoke to daryl and he was very helpful, although with all the customization it can get very confusing but he guided us through all the different details and specifications. Great knowledge in both design and material ! Was extremely happy with the sofa & coffee table when it was delivered. Good pre-sales and sales support. Sales representatives are pretty knowledgeable and helped us to pick the best coach and armchair. They kept us posted on production progress and stored our items for over a month until our Reno completion. Amazing post- sales support. 3 months after delivery, we faced some problems that we promptly resolved.

Love the variety of products, design and customization that etch & bolts have. Both their websites and physical showroom were eye catchy and engaging. The staff were also very helpful and patient with me, they are a very friendly bunch of people. The physical showroom/ shop itself also have cats which was a plus point for me as u get to play with them and get a feel of how the furniture will integrate in a cat environment if u have or would want to have cats at home in the future. I highly recommend anyone who are looking for unique furnitures to pay a visit to etch & bolts, you won't regret it =)

Ordered a dinning table with sintered stone fr Italy. Unfortunately the thickness wasn’t what i ordered and the team gladly ordered replacement while I use the existing one. Overall very pleased with the quality of the table and the client services rendered on the customisation and follow up.
